Super unprofessional when I advised I didn’t like the color. I came in 1 hour before close, already apologized multiple times, then asked how much it would cost to change when they open tomorrow as I didn’t want anybody to stay late, or get a rough paint job because someone is rushed. The lady advised is he paying another 30.00 to CHANGE THE COLOR 12 hours later? Then when I asked why, she said in English “I don’t care you picked a color you don’t like”. When I was signing the ticket to pay she asked me “do you live around here” I replied with you lost my business at “I DONT CARE”. Hope they loose business

Mikey and Amy are theeeee bomb! When I say 5 plus stars in every way! They have all the hot polishes, all the top styles, they’re design experts, and they’re kind and courteous. Where else can you get all that bundled into one place?? At golden nail salon, that’s where! You won’t be disappointed

I have driven by Golden nails for years and finally called to make an appt due to my work schedule
I got there a few min early and all three ladies were busy with clients waiting
I will say I got frustrated because it was 20 min into my time and I was led to the spa chair
Just left sitting so after a bit I put my shoes on and was going to leave and Miley came over and talked me into staying
So I got my pedicure and was drying when another pedi client came in and asked if she wanted something to drink and was treated profefessionally
I liked the place and Miley but for her to think I was a walking and treat me as nothing really hurt my feelings
I ran a salon over 40 years and professionalism went along with talent
I don’t know if I will be back, but I just wanted to give my piece of experience at golden salon and spa i’m gonna let it ring. I’m not gonna put that thing on. It’ll stop by the time we get to church. It’ll stop in a minute. I’m not gonna put mine on so it’s gonna keep going. We really need to. I really should have you have those on because if somebody were to hit us and we had a wreck, we’d be in a heck of a mess

Went to get toes done. I have to say this is the worse I have ever seen my toe nails. Literally looks like my kids painted them for me. I really love this place. It was my go to for my kids nails my nails. I think this topped the cake and I won't be going back. Now for a special event I'll have to walk around with them looking like a kid painted them. The shiny clear isn't even on half my toes nail.

I received a basic manicure and was not impressed...only one layer of clear polish, minor clipping and just seemed disinterested in the work. I had a manicure in another place and they really cleaned up my nails.

I got a gel manicure and pedicure. The process took over 2.5 hours. I did not have gel on either my hands or feet. When she was doing my hands she cut them super short and it was super hard for her to file. When she put on the color she did 5 coats on each finger and toe. But, it was very sloppy and not a clean brush on which made them peel super quick. I honestly would not recommended.

This is a great shop… If you want a pedicure, anyone can do it! BUT IF you want a manicure use the young guy there!!
Several of my friends have had their nails done from this same shop days before me and their nails look perfect (again use the young guy)!
My nails are so thick and just not even shapes! Plus, my cuticles were never cut so my nails just don’t look new ! I hoped after going home, I would like them more… but No, not at all.
I paid $55 for this before tip! I would go in and have them fix it, but sometimes it’s so busy and so slow. I don’t know anything they could do to fix it anyway

I get dip & this is the worst place I've gone of the last 6 I've tried. I just moved to the area after getting nails done at my usual place in my old area for 3 years. I always go twice before deciding if I'll stay with a new salon. Here, after soaking in acetone to remove previous job, my hands feel very dry. I've told them I have very brittle natural nails but they obviously don't know how to take care of that since they break within days of my visit, even though I don't get them done much past end of my finger. I don't usually leave a review but felt I had to this time.

Best pedicure I have EVER received hands down! They are a husband/wife team (I never caught their names) and the husband has done my toes twice now and they have come out amazing every single time! I took my boyfriend in there yesterday for his first pedicure ever, I had the husband, he had the wife and they both did an outstanding job! Highly recommend this place! ?
