Needing a set of O'Malley brake pads I made a stop at my neighborhood O'Reilly's. Turning into the lot I see multiple cars in various states of disassembly with their fearless YouTube mechanics working diligently until the dreaded ad would cause a momentary bout of stillness. All in all Great service from the staff and in true independence style there was a hobo on the side of the building hitting everyone up for change. Would definitely recommend!

Good prices on auto parts. Many in stick and easy, fast shipping on parts not in stock. Friendly employees who know a bit about cars, but not much.

I always only go to an O’rielly’s when need auto help. But this one & the one on 23rd street between Noland road and Lee’s summit road are by far my favorites!! Always very helpful, knowledgeable and even help teach me about my car! Highly recommend!

This morning, I started my day off and found out as soon as I stopped somewhere that my battery was totally dead.Thankfully I had somebody to jump me and driving to O'reilly in Sugar Creek.I thought for sure.I would get the help.I needed.Unfortunately the employees seem to be Not in the best of moods and not very friendly.So I decided to go down the road to this O'reilly location where I ran into a gentleman named Derrik He was immediately willing to come out and check. My batthree went over the options of which batteries were available and would work willing to jump right out and change the battery for me. To get to take cgreat attitude. Saileen friendly friendly. And this is why I will be back to this location and why I continue to come to this location. I should have known better than to try to go to the closest Location Is again this o'reilly and Derrik himself has shown me why I come here. Highly recommend.

It's a great store everyone that works there greets you when walk in the door but this day one of the employee (steven) was very disrespectful and very unprofessional the way he was talking to the A.S.M Rachel he was asked to do a delivery and wow rather not repeat what he said to her this like the third time I myself witnessed him just talking awful to her he should've been fired on the spot for his actions in front of customers and the way he spoke to her UNBELIEVABLE THAT HE STILL WORKS THERE

I just bought a used car and needed some things like a windshield wiper, wheel bearing, transmission fluid, and my back blinker was out. Raymond went above and beyond and helped me find everything I needed. He explained the different tiers of brands and pricing, common things with my car, and gave insight on labor costs etc. Very informative and helpful! Helped with my bulb and my transmission fluid also!! Way better experience here than the other oreillys where no help was given at all. Thanks so much Raymond! I’ll definitely be back!
