Went in and bought a beautiful looking hookah. After purchasing it for $200, the attendant asked if we wanted to inspect it in store for any issues. (Side note: Inspection should've been suggested before purchase or even completed by the attendant.) Upon inspection, it was clear that the rubber piece on the hookah was not original to the set and did not fit properly making the hookah unusable. On top of that, parts of the rubber piece were literally crumbling off. They wouldn't let us exchange the rubber piece for a new one so we asked for a full refund since it would be unusable if the rubber piece is not fitting into the hookah and crumbling apart. The clerk was kind and said she would call the manager. She called the manager and he said he would come to the counter. After about 10 minutes, the manager was not there so the clerk called him again. Another 10 or 15 minutes and he still didnt come in. During these calls, we could visibly see the manager outside wiping his Mercedes Benz down with windex. He would take the clerk's calls, say a few words, and then continue washing his car. Took about 25 minutes for the clerk to call him one last time and get him to say we could have a full refund for the expensive, defunct product he had sold us. Overall, the clerk was kind but the manager was incredibly disrespectful and never came in to talk to us. His precious car was more important than his business/customer satisfaction. We will never be revisiting this shop. I just feel bad that the clerk has to work with a disrespectful boss.

Just listen to the reviews that are bad. This place offers no refunds for their boof products and I'm understanding exactly why. They'd be out of business if they expected returns or refunds on the duds they purchase. Makes me wonder how they're really getting there items. Because I've NEVER in my multiple years of going to plenty of smoke shops in plenty of areas and states and not once have I ever been told I couldn't return or at least exchange the product. EVER. Definitely better shops in the area! Go there. Even though the ladies are friendly here...they know nothing about a single product they have nor does that mean they sell good products. But they are very kind ladies in here either way.

DO NOT BUY VAPES HERE! I got a vape here and I am almost certain it was fake….. I’ve been getting sick from it all day. I went to inform them it was making me sick and they said there was nothing they could do or say and refused to let me talk to an owner. Very disappointed as I worked for a vape shop in college and we never had anyone get sick from a product. Save your money and go elsewhere cause this place will make you sick. If I could give 0 stars I would

Great selection but the staff has absolutely 0 idea about any of the high end glass they sell. Was hoping to purchase one of their higher end pieces of glass but when I called to confirm they still had it before I made the drive the employee had no idea what I was talking about. Why stock thousands of dollars in hand blown glass if no one in the store can even tell one piece apart from the rest.

I bought a smok vape here and I don’t smoke often, so it sat in my middle console for a few days. When I went to go smoke it, the entire pod had leaked, and it was covered in the juice. I went back to trying and exchange it for another one, and the woman would not even talk to me about it and then she accused me of confusing her with her sister when she was the same person I had talked to the first time. I’d give this place -4 stars if I could & wish I had just lit $40 on fire instead of going in there.also, don’t you have to be a dispensary to sell weed?
