Bad experience. My tax professional, Meg Cronkleton, never mentioned that i also had to pay the city tax for my job. Imagine my surprise getting a letter from collections asking for more money. Make sure your tax pro tells you everything and knows what they are doing. Going to think twice before i go to H&R Block, let alone this location/ tax pro. Otherwise overpriced tax preparation fees.

Nice clean place. Friendly staff. Esther was very friendly and knowledgeable. Best H&R Block place I have been to yet. I like the website too. You can see everyone that works there and their qualifications. Easy to make appointments.
