Be very careful if replacing an IPhone 14 screen. I’m reluctant to post a negative review anywhere, and want to emphasize that this is only in relation to the screen repair for this particular model. My daughter’s iPhone 13 screen cracked, and we brought it here to have it replaced after reading great reviews. The first time they replaced it, everything immediately looked pinkish on her phone and we took it right back and they were very nice and replaced it again for free.
However, it was the same and its functionality was really decreased. Everything had a pinkish tint, the screen was much darker and difficult to see outside, the battery would wear out more quickly, the maps function would loop and often wouldn’t work, it would overheat, and sometimes the images on the screen vibrated.
I am no fan at all of going to Apple for repairs because they're a monolith corporation and cost more, but finally because I was especially concerned that she couldn’t use Maps, we had it replaced by Apple and it worked great again instantly.
It would be helpful if consumers would be at least informed when you bring your iPhone 13 in that they can’t do the same quality as Apple, which they admitted to when I asked, afterwards, if the quality should have been be the same. That’s something you need to know ahead of time.
It could be that replacing other phones is 100% great, and I would like to definitely support a business that is not a large corporation. Hoping though somebody can learn from our mistake so that you don’t have to pay for a new screen twice.
EDIT - in response to the response to this review - since we'd already come back once and had the screen replaced again, but it still had issues, I didn't feel like it was my responsibility to keep coming back. It would have been more helpful to have been told up-front that the results might not/wouldn't match the Apple screens, because that information did come out when we had returned, something about the factory models not being the same.
Since my daughter finally had the screen replaced by Apple, all of these issues have been resolved.
I had originally thought that screens were basically just a window that could be replaced, and didn't know they're complex and tied to functionality. Maybe earlier iphones are different. Also maybe people feel uncomfortable coming back or giving feedback, it's awkward.

the high reviews of this place are well deserved! i came in because i had dropped my phone in water and put it in rice to avoid water damage. the rice got stuck in my charging port and i couldn’t get it out on my own. brought it here and i swear we were not even in there a full minute and it was fixed! thank you!

Very quick, honest, and kind! He let me know beforehand that the fingerprint reader might not work if my power button gets replaced. Which is totally fine by me. He's so much cheaper than other phone repair shops in KC. He was willing to reduce the price after finding out the parts to fix my phone weren't that pricey. Super cool and understanding. Please support this guy and his shop!

I’m from Dallas Tx and in Kansas City for work. I brought my phone in because the screen wasn’t working. Had me in and out and fixed in 45 minutes. Will definitely recommend anyone I know who needs repair to go here

My wife dropped her IPHONE 11 PROMAX and cracked the screen and Apple wanted $330 to replace the screen. I called IREPAIR and spoke to Curry, he was very friendly and stated he could repair it for $100. I took my phone in and within 40 minutes Curry had my iPhone fixed and looking brand new. For excellent service at a reasonable cost, I highly recommend IREPAIR - 5 STARS
