I needed to buy my first tuxedo and the staff was excellent. I told the staff I could only afford 1 week from the time of purchase until the alterations were complete and they completed all the alterations perfectly in only 3 days and called me promptly for pickup. Fantastic spot, fantastic team, great products.

I've now bought 3 different suits from Michael's and will continue to go to them for any future needs. They treat you like family and put a strong emphasis on customer service. Can't say enough great things about Keith and his team at Michaels.

I can’t explain how great of a customer experience I had here. I forgot a blazer for a customer meeting, and not only did Keith (the owner) help me quickly, professionally and gregariously…. He actually drove me a few blocks to my meeting!Pair that with the fact that Ric Flair, Garth Brooks, and most professional KC athletes shop there - it’s a no brained to go there.No matter what, every time I’m in KC from now on I will go there and grab something. If nothing else to see the folks that work there.Thanks again y’all, you’re life savers.

I recently ordered a suit for my brother's wedding, which was out of town. There was a manufacturer's delay that prevented the suit from being ready in time for me to pick it up before leaving. The owner went above and beyond to pick the suit up himself and deliver it to me at home on a day that Michael's was closed. The suit was exactly what I ordered, and Michael's both ensured that I had it on time and allowed me to hang on to it until I was back in town. Really excellent service!

I had ordered a tux rental and placed a rush on it to make sure it arrived on time. Unfortunately it did not arrive by when I needed it. Keith the owner of Michael's, very quickly took ownership of the issue, apologized and went to work to pull together a tux, measuring, pulling items off the rack, sending items to the back for immediate alteration. He pulled it off. I had a tux and looked great. The folks at Michael's will work hard for you.

I cannot recommend Keith and the team at Michael’s highly enough.They went above and beyond to help with a fast turnaround on a tuxedo, including overnighting a new pair of pants half way across the country when there was an unfortunate mixup.I'll definitely be coming back.

Came to KC from outta town and needed a new suit for the event I was going to. I came into Michael’s and the gentlemen there were extremely helpful and quick.. I got a very nice suit for a reasonable price. They even had it tailored right then so I could take it with me. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for fine men’s clothing.

Ask for Jude, I told him I needed a French cuff shirt and maybe a tuxedo, that guy took one look at me and grabbed the ideal tux for me. I'll be back again and again. KJ found the perfect matching shoes for me the next day when they had my alterations ready. The service lives up to the legend at Michael's.

I had a wedding part of 12, which included my father and future father-in-law. No one other than me lived in the state of Missouri or Kansas. The guys at Michael’s got everyone’s measurements and delivered ahead of schedule and even put out a last minute fire that wasn’t caused by them. They care about taking care of people. Tough to find good businesses like this these days. I can’t recommend them enough.
