My family including extended family, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, the whole fam damily has been going to Mike's Service Center for more than 25 years and the reason is simple....they are honest. Having sat in the waiting area and over hearing the conversations between the seasoned mechanics and management and hearing them discuss ways to help the customer is pretty damn near amazing. I remember as a kid going in there with Mike's mom working behind the counter. Support local. Support honest and transparent folks who do the right thing, support Mike's Service Center. We need more of them around!

I came in to get an inspection and all the sudden I also have a flat tire. The person that help me Aaron was very helpful.

Work-minded folks who are friendly and didn't mind letting me wait on the sidewalk with my leashed dog. 3-4 mechanics stopped to say hello and offer some kind words to my furry, little friend. Professional and helpful.

They were done patching my tire in 10 minutes. I came back on my lunch break - they popped off the spare and quickly positioned my old tire back in place. Grateful for their service!!

Took car in for an inspection brand new tires they tried to sell me new tires even though my tires are less than two months old. The dude I dealt with was rude tried to tell me my lights didn’t work even though I know for a fact they do because they came on when I got out and looked at them, try to sell my car because it was low on coolant and a whole list of other things when it’s a brand new car They try to charge me for things that weren’t even wrong with the car tried to rip me off to gang business
