Jason at Signature Mortgage is amazing! I am new to KC and know just about no one, so I feel VERY lucky to have found Jason. He helped me through every step of the buying process, including introducing me to an excellent realtor. He's informative, always quick to answer my questions, detailed, kind, friendly. Scott makes it so easy to finance and purchase our homes. We’ve been with him since the beginning of our journey of becoming homeowners. Every time we close, the associate that handles the paperwork at a title company is always impressed by his work and his attention to details. He is always available to answer any questions no matter how late and his work is impeccable. He is patient in explaining the process and the varying interest rates and mortgage payments. He cares about his clients and is always making sure the clients are well taken care of and seeking the best deals, interest rates, insurance rates, etc. I highly recommend him and his company.

Jason Draut at Signature Mortgage helped my family refinance a home in 2021 and most recently he guided us through the mortgage process on our new home this year. He patiently stood by for 9 months while we searched for a home and when the time came, he helped us get the best rate available. Jason made the process simple and not intimidating. The evening before we closed on our new home, our insurance agent noticed a mistake he (the insurance agent) had made which required updated disclosures, etc. Jason fixed the other person’s mistake after business hours and got us to the closing table on time at 8 am the next morning. Many thanks to Jason!!!
