This is great for a starter but the closest was tiny, very cute and covenant, big bathroom, lots of space. But with adding up all the fees the price I can get a 2 bedroom but this is on Westport for younger crowd! If I was in my 20’s definitely! Guy was great touring us!

Loud and overpriced.
Though, living in the middle of Westport, the noise was expected. What wasn’t expected was the fire alarms being pulled 3 times in one night my first month living there, having no hot water for a week in the winter, and being woken up by people screaming in the hallways late on weeknights.
The amenities were nice though the pool didn’t open until mid-late June, sporting caution tape around it because the chemicals weren’t balanced. What was upsetting about living here was all of the tacked on fees that increased rent by $250-300 dollars.
If you want to live here, just prepare yourself for the expenses and the noise, not just from the city but from your neighbors in the hallway with seemingly no respect for others.

If you’re considering moving to Westley on Broadway — don’t. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone except maybe an enemy.
I lived here for a year and left two months early (still paid rent) because it was that bad. High-crime area, zero real security, and homeless individuals frequently in the stairwells and lobby. The parking situation is a joke — “free parking” is basically nonexistent, and you’ll be paying $95/month just to have your car broken into in the garage. Mine was hit twice. Friends had their windows smashed in. Management did nothing.
Let’s talk “luxury amenities”:
Pool? Constantly “a biological hazard” — never open, or opened halfway through summer.
Gym? Cable machine was broken the entire year. Never fixed.
Fire alarms? Randomly blaring at 1AM, or so frequently nobody even reacts anymore.
Trash and weed stench constantly in the hallways and stairwells.
Human and animal feces? Yes, also in the stairwells. Regularly.
The walls are thin, the power goes out, and the noise from the street is nonstop. Management isn’t rude, just wildly incompetent. They often don’t seem to know what’s going on or how their own lease policies work.
Oh, and the rent is absolutely not worth it — especially once they tack on bogus “amenity” fees for things that either don’t exist or never function. This is not a luxury apartment, it’s a glorified liability.
You can do better. Literally anywhere else.

Leasing Agent Ashley was so darn refreshing; fun and quick to act with the facts about Wesley. I have visited many complexes and Ashley seemed so perfect for the job compared to others. She brought the place to life for me and my friends that came along. They enjoyed also with joking around and we felt like kids again! She sold me on the place and look forward to moving later in the year - after the heat disappears a bit in the Fall.

Move in was great. Easy and efficient. Got my keys no problems. I like that there is a loading area to park the truck and get things directly onto the elevator

My last couple of months at the Westleys have been a horrific experience . From ongoing issues that I felt like never really got resolved or cared about . The new team just could not do what i needed them to do. My first year at the wesleys was great but since Avenue Five took over , the place is not kept up and has lost its appeal .

Tatyanna and Tynee not only found me a great apartment at a great price—they went above and beyond. They helped me set up all of my online payments, which, quite honestly, I couldn’t have done without them. And when I say I couldn’t have done it without them, I mean it. They made the process easy because they handled everything.
The customer service, the patience, the joy they brought to helping someone like me—a complete nincompoop when it comes to anything digital—gave me peace of mind, freed up my day, and made it possible for me to actually pay my bills on time.
I can’t praise them enough for the help they gave me.

I’ve lived in Midtown for 8 years and have had my share of good/bad/ugly landlord experiences and The Westley has been the most wonderful apartment experience with an equally wonderful and very helpful staff. Tatyana, Tynee, and Shannon all helped me with various questions/concerns during my move-in process and made my transition exceptionally smooth! They are prompt, eager to assist, and just overall friendly and easy to talk to. The amenities are a treat all their own from the building and elevator security, rooftop pool, the 24 hour gym and sauna, even the coffee/espresso/latte/cappuccino bar in the lobby that I visit every day; as an avid traveler I’m confident when I say that it’s like living in a secure hotel, and I absolutely love that!
