The staff was super friendly and I quickly found what I needed. Just wanted to give a special shout out to Eric. He was working the self service area Friday April 15th and he went above and beyond. We were making a purchase under the assumption it was on sale. Turns out we'd missed it by a day. We were fine with going ahead and paying the regular price, but he went and got manager approval to help us out. You don't see that kind of effort from a lot of employees stationed at self service areas.Thank you!

This location has everything I need I am always redesigning (especially with covid) and this has everything I need. The paints are good and the plants are pretty. When my daughter moved into a new house I suggested this. The light fixtures are magnificent! Although they do not require people to wear masks I think it still is very good. Therefore I do suggest social distancing but overall it is still a very good place to go. Overall come here if you're looking for right fixtures appliances and things to fix appliances. But if you're trying to be as safe as possible try going somewhere else of course employees wear mask just not customers.

This Lowes store is always well organized and clean. We ran into several employees who asked if we needed help, which doesn't happen at the other big home improvement stores in the area. We purchased carpet for two rooms. Lowes scheduled a contractor to visit our home and measure, and had a quote for the job in less than a day. The price was competitive and the install was free.

I am remodeling my kitchen and I went to Lowes to get Cabinet paint for my kitchen Cabinets. I asked the paint pro at Lowes for advice and he pointed me in the direction I needed to go. I bought a gallon of this "CABINET" paint for $60 a gallon. I painted everything and the next day I noticed there was scratches everywhere on the new paint... So I went back to Lowes to see if I should put a protective layer on the coat.It turns out... the "PAINT PRO" sold me wall paint... I was super frustrated because now I had to strip all of the work I just had recently done..... When I asked for the manager, this red head mid 20's worker was EXTREMLY rude.Fast forward... I talked to the manager "John", and he was extremely helpful and understanding. John helped me out as much as he was able to. Still very unhappy about this situation. I was just very thrown off because I always have a great experience at Lowes.

Nothing out of the ordinary for a major hardware chain. I usually go here if Im in need of something for the house.Prices are typical. If you want exacts I'd advise looking the items up on their website to get a general idea of what you're looking for.Today I went in for a door. I parked, went in and found the door, loaded it on a cart, then went through self checkout after stopping by paint.An employee did say hi to me, though I didn't see anyone back near the doors. It's a decent day outside though and a weekend so I'm sure the employees assigned to that department were busy elsewhere. Luckily, I didn't need any assistance.Why not five star?I hate taking points off for something the store has no real control over, esp at a store level but the Lowes website lists Phillips Hue bulbs for sale. After going up and down the aisle and not seeing them I ended up waiting in line for my paint to be mixed and asked the lovely gentleman there, who informed me they don't carry Hue because of something to do with Home Depot.Not a deal breaker and it's really my fault for not checking specific store locations, but I didn't expect to be told the entire chain (Lowes) doesn't carry them when they were on the website.Keep I'm mind, four star doesn't mean it was terrible. If you've shopped a Lowe's before this location isn't going to be much different.

It was great, the product we looking for was not on the shelf. And they actually searched for it and found it up high halfway across the store. They had to get a forklift to get it down. And they did it with a smile it was awesome.

I got the deals in between what home Depot has so certain things good to get here like the new LED fluorescent bulbs best pack you can get any buying bulk believe it's the 20 pack GE brand cool white. Best deal going for those.

I hate to give such a bad review, but if you are shopping for appliances, DO NOT go through this Lowes. We ordered a w/d, fridge and microwave through them back on Dec 1. From them not ringing up the transaction correctly, to the delivery people lying about me not being home (using a Google search photo for myaddress) to the fridge not working correctly, to them replacing the fridge but bringing another w/d instead, to them changing delivery dates without letting us know. It has been an absolute headache. Here it is middle of January and we still don't have a working fridge, or the microwave.

I did drive up pick up last night and they gave me a tote with a broken lid. How did they not notice when carrying it out and placing it in my vehicle that it was broken?! So this morning I went in to get a new lid, waited in the return line for 10 minutes to ask to get a new lid. Go back to get a new lid, they're off course on the top shelf, I ask several employees for assistance to get a lid from the high shelves and got zero help.Awful customer service at this store. So now I'm still stuck with a broken tote lid!

Was looking for special furnace filters and had problems locating one of the two filters. A gentleman staff member was very helpful in locating the correct filter and put it in the frame for the furnace. Great service as always! Unfortunately, I didn't get his name, I appreciated the extra effort.

100% a nice Lowe’s. They look the same nationwide and carry the same stock, so at least they’re easy to navigate (although this one isn’t backward from the usual layout I’m used to). Had a great deal on some knee pads, which is what I went for. No key machine, though.

They delivered our new upright freezer at almost 9p.m. but at least they got it to us.. oh yeah, I will say, the people the work there are a lot more helpful than at home depot.

We wanted to purchase a bathroom vanity and a new toilet for our house. On Sept 23 we went in and purchased the toilet and paid for a detail visit for the vanity. The toilet was installed in less than a week. I called the number provided to follow up on the detail and was told to call the store. The store would then tell me to call the “detail” number—- and they would tell me to call the store. After several times of that circular lack of action, we decided to go to the store and surely they could help us. No that was not to be the case- for we were assisted by Steven, the plumbing manager who initially tried to figure what went wrong but had no answer for us. He did not offer to re- initiate the detail or found a way to allow us to make the vanity purchase and pay the installation fees. We really liked the vanity we had picked and it was in stock but according to Steve there was no way we could purchase it and have it installed. We would have been ok if we had been told we had to wait a few days or weeks but he was not willing to make the purchase happen. Worst customer service!We go to Lowe’s because they provide a discount to retired military. My husband served for decades but is not able to purchase the vanity of his choice.
