Wanted to do my taxes online with HRBlock, but could not access a form I needed (8917). It kept taking me to the 1098T form. I called the tax pro and left messages with no reply because she works in different offices. I called the local office and they informed me to contact the tech line. I called the tech line and after 20 minutes of answering digital messaging, I was connected to a person. I attempted to find help, but the lady did not speak clear English. I asked her to repeat what she said numerous times and I finally had to give up. This trapped me into having to use the tax pro at $374. I am really disappointed with HR Blocks online process. The tax pro was very helpful to do my taxes and was very kind. I am thankful for her and do not blame her, but I do blame the company and its set up. Very disappointed.

H and R Block messed my tax return up so bad I was still trying to get it right 1 year later. No refund either. I can not reccomend H and R Block
