I would give it zero stars. Friend of mine and his mom has took there vehicles to him since his business was at his house. My friend took his truck to Elmo's the day of his vacation. Come back to pick his truck up and air conditioner still wasn't working, so he took it back next day wouldn't start, they fixed it went to pick it up heater fan was out and someone drove his truck into someone or something he had white maks all down the right side.

This is the second vehicle I have taken to Elmo's garage. I am very satisfied with their work. Whatever they fix, they guarantee a lifetime warranty. 2 year guarantee on labor and a lifetime guarantee on parts.

Absolutely some of the best customer service one could ask for. Beyond accommodating for my situation. When several issues came up while fixing the initial issue, they gave me a call and asked what I wanted to do. They were clear on their opinions and clear on what additional cost would be associated. Staff is very nice. Can get very pricey, depending on your automotive needs. They did quote me a price before working on my vehicle, which I greatly appreciate. I haven't had a problem after they fix my car.

I’m 75 miles from home and my alternator dies. I call and they get me in immediately, install new alternator in less than an hour and charged me a VERY fair price. OUTSTANDING service!
