Tried to call the bank lobby to see if anyone turned in an item I possibly left there. Tried calling and never got to speak to anyone due to the freaking automated answering. Was on the call three different times and never got to the point to speak to someone. The system kept asking me why or what help I needed and when I finally tricked the system after putting in my last four numbers of my soc # and my pin. Then when I was able to get someone it was to late as the bank was closed. So no succes please allow your system to be able to speak to someone

After spending 30 minutes trying to get past the AI, I finally get to a human that I could not understand due to bad phone connections. The AI came through clearly. I also tried to call our local branch just to find out that there is NO customer service at the branch. No humans.

Absolutely the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Someone from corporate should pay a visit and educate the employees. This is a business that works for the public and they have lost direction. It’s starts from the top down. Horrible leadership. Where there’s no control there’s chaos.

I have been with US Bank for over 15 years. Have had various branches near where I live. I work long days and most of the time I have to visit my branch on Saturdays. I moved to the area and found out this branch isn’t even open on Saturdays. Even the small banks that are way closer to me are open on Saturdays. When trying to visit this branch during the week, doors are closed early. Looks like I will be switch all of my accounts to a smaller bank but at least they will be open when I go to them.

Went to get savings bonds cashed that are roughly 25 years old and they wouldn't cash them. Told me to go online.I ask what is the point of a bank if not for handling monetary services for people? Because I don't step foot in here otherwise, and I wouldn't recommend you either. They use your savings dollars to make their own interest.

This review update is after I called customer service and they gave me an automated message system, and after I finally got someone on the phone they told me the exact same thing. I ask you again, what even is a bank for if not robbing you of interest. Also they close their lobby at like 2pm, which is beyond insulting, it's like people don't work during the day.

I had to switch to another Branch for 6 months oh, and they have messed up my account more than 3 times. My fiance said he was with US Bank for 16 years and he has had nothing but good things to say about your bank. I opened up a checking account and I was pleasantly pleased they gave me a debit card to use until my permit debit card comes in the mail. We made an appointment to open up a checking account on the phone. The appointment went over by 2:15 when the branches usually closed. But they said not to worry about it and I made me feel at ease. I will definitely be opening up more services like a savings account and a joint account when I get married to my fiance. I'm glad I decided to go with your bank because your is in many of the states that we travel through.

We're changing banks for our business and personal accounts. We've discussed our countless problems with this branch numerous times. They just point to US Bank's 800 number, also no help.

Of wanna be charged over drafts on positive accounts resulting in hundreds of dollers in fees for there system glitches bank here smdh worate bank ive eber dealt withore of a gamg atyle mob then a bank they will take you for all you got and never be open to get amy real assitance and the atm is prob down as normal

NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! Terrible service. They have very limited hour and you need to make an appointment, but they never answer the phones so it's impossible to set up an appointment.
