I went to this place at 730am and was not open because the website has wrong information and then when they opened at 8am no mechanic. Terrible customer service 😡😡😡😡😡

Took car in because of a low tire pressure indicator. The person checked and the tire pressure was fine. I wasn't charged at all. I will be returning for repairs and emissions certification.

Booked an emissions inspection a couple weeks out. When I got there, the service center was closed, no one there. The lady in the gas station just shrugged and said they had the day off. What absolute contempt for their customers.

This was one of the worst experiences I've had with a mechanic. I called Jey, the mechanic, two days ago to ask if I could drop off my car to simply tell me why the check engine light was on. He said he could get it diagnosed and fixed before noon as long as I dropped the car off by 8am yesterday. I left it with him at 7:55am and then called at 1pm to ask for a status update, understanding that sometimes things can come up in repairs. He told me he had it on the lift and was still inspecting it. Odd, I thought he was going to repair the car. I called again at 5:10pm and no answer, Jey has gone home for the day. I then called this morning to ask what was going on with my car because I needed it to go to work. He angrily says, "pick up your car." So I showed up about 15 minutes later, and he has not fixed anything. Instead, he "diagnosed" the problem: 2 lines of text on an invoice and billed me $148.72. I was shocked because he never told me he was going to charge me for just looking at the car. He raised his voice when I asked why he charged me so much, and basically told me to get out of his building. I will never come back here, and I highly advise you not to either.

I tried this place for the first time today and I had a great experience. There were timely appointments available, the garage was super clean and well organized, the work was finished in an efficient time frame, and the interactions were professional and also fun (some jokes were shared!). I will definitely be going back for my next round of maintenance.Services: Auto emissions testing

Car had a flat tire coming out of a friend's house. Didn't realize it. Pulled into the gas station across the street. No air pump. This place was across the street, he let me use his. As someone who wasn't even a customer he was kind, respectful and as accommodating as possible. Can't say enough good about how I was treated

I've been coming to this shop for 2 years and was surprised to find a new mechanic when I scheduled my latest oil change. I was very happy with the service I received and will continue to use this shop for my vehicle maintenance! Jey was extremely professional and thorough.

Got my emissions testing here. Went in the day before to try and sneak in before close but was able to make an appointment first thing the following morning. Fast service, friendly staff member. I was in and out in under 30min.
