My hamburger came out with a long black hair on it! Not mine I'm gray!! I had asked twice to remove the item off my bill. Finally it was remove. I was never asked would you like anything else? We were passing through,I will 110% never step foot back in there. Terrible all around from waiting 30+ minutes for food! I wish I would have just packed my family up and left.

I Accidentally placed my order wrong. Manager was able to fix my error with minimal effort. Amazing service, great food, and regulars deals. What more could you want?

Redesign is awkward and it feels exposing to sit in that first little area, especially near the server's station. BWW has always been slow when it comes to food delivery and I've come to accept it, but I knew this day would come. Our server was also awkward as hell and somewhat daft. She attempted to memorize our order and got it wrong and blamed the kitchen which ended up getting us a free 5 wings, but my 10 boneless wings were cold. Like "someone played these and left them outside of the heat lamps for 15 minutes" cold. BWW is so stinking slow about cooking food, so I didn't bother telling her that my food was cold because I knew it would considerably waste more time; time justified by receiving our correct replacement order as we were leaving. I mean, it tasted fine, but eating cold chicken is always weird. Think I'm done with BWW. It's clear the national chain isn't interested in TATs that work for consumers and the menu is about as interesting as McDonald's with just as much innovation.

It was great food, but I got my wings cold. The service was also great and quick with refills. Tbh would go again but I'm not much of a people person so I would go when there's less people around.

We sat there for over an hour waiting on our food. There were 2 tables that came in after we had ordered that got their food before we did. Then, we had to ask our server how long until our food would be out. She finally came back with our food. Food wasn't even warm. Very poor experience!

It wasn't even that busy. We waited over a hr for our food. It came out cold most definitely the worst wings I've ever had thy where cold. Hopefully they where cooked.

This place is continually disappointing. 1/3 full and still can’t take care of people. Always short staffed. It’s actually not that hard…pay people more! Don’t waste your time going there…

Man I’ll be the first one to say that I love Buffalo Wild Wings. But we were quoted for a 30min sit time and were sat after an hour. Not only that but there is like no hostess in the waiting area leaving people confused and frustrated. I even timed a grub hub guy waiting at a vacant counter for 10+ mins before he got service haha. We got sat and then I have been here typing this for about 10 mins now and still no greeting or service. Very disappointed and don’t recommend for a night out if you’re looking for an enjoyable experience. I expect better bdubs.

Stood in the lobby for 25 minutes before the host came around to put our name on the list and got attitude when I pointed out who was here first and we were second and the people she was trying to check in before both of us were third. Multiple people came in after us and waited the same 20-25 minutes before anyone came and checked them in. I keep hoping this place will get better and every time the service is horrible.
