We had an awesome experience working with Amber in the floral department today. She was utterly charming, kind, patient and extremely helpful. We have made the smart decision to make Hyvee floral and especially Amber our new one and only floral choice from now on!

Order a meal to go. My fried chicken tasted like it sat under a heat lamp for a couple hours. They did not give me my gravy for my mashed potatoes. Bought cherries. Took them home (70 miles away). They were rotten. Tried to return them but since I didn't immediately turn around and make the 140 mile round trip I was basically told tough luck. I did not have a reciept but the record was on my rewards card. Sure is fun to be treated like a theif.
