You cannot even call to simply ask a question about your account. I literally called back to back for over an hour after they first opened. No one answers the phone. They do not even pick the phone up to say "can you please hold " they just completely ignore the phone all day. Very unprofessional if you ask me but hey, what do I know? Maybe they are trained to just ignore customers.

Would not recommend!! Very poor service and customer service. The first loan coordinator apparently failed their job and the second one acted like he didn't have time for it and was just rude. Ordered and charged us $500 for an appraisal and then called a few days later, after 3 months since we started this, and said they couldn't do the loan they originally stated would be no problem. Seller no longer going to hold the house.. This place is a nightmare. Still waiting on emails/call backs right now.

Try to get a actual person is next to impossible. System had no way to answer my question, so I have no idea if I will receive my replacement card at my new address.

There were changes made to our account without ever notifying us, placed holds on checks many times in a row (which left us unable to buy materials for our business for 7-10 business days), and they've messed up checks that I've deposited by hundreds of dollars that I didn't realize was missing until I went to pay for my down payment on our home.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Marquisse Taylor. They answer questions in a timely manner. They will sit down with you to discuss your personal banking options and make suggestions on how to invest your savings. I love being a Regions customer and I have nothing but good things to say about this particular branch.

Fella helping me out was obviously agitated at bringing in multiple deposits for small business. The day after a holiday and weekend, it should be expected to get several deposits.

Had a perfectly fabulous experience opening my new account... professional, fast, informative, no unnecessary red tape, yet all the employees were still very friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed chatting with them... and the green apple suckers aren't bad either!!
