We were traveling from North Dakota towards Home in Seymout MO, noticed our front left tire was in bad shape, wearing heavily on the inside. Called nearest Firestone store, which was in St Koseph MO. It was less than an hour before they were closing and they agreed to mount a new tire for us, asked if they could check the alignment ( we had a lifetime alignment done at Firestone previously), was told that the alignment guy was about to leave. But he stayed until after closing to re-align our truck. I think his name was Matt. Very pleased with this store/crew. Thanks !

Got me in even though I didn't have an appointment for an oil change on a Sunday.Reasonable price and relatively quick turnaround.

Had a valve stem housing crack and needed a quick replacement so I wasn't driving on a mostly deflated tire and I didn't want to go through the hassle of doing it myself in the cold. They got me in immediately and did the work with a TPMS transfer at a very low and adorable price. I also wanted to get a tire and balance rotation done, but sadly one of my bolts is cross threaded. They let me know and informed me of their concern of breaking it, so I decided to pass on it. The staff was friendly and all in all I was very happy with the service. I would recommend them to a friend. Thanks for helping me get back on the road safely and saving me time and money!

Don't take your car here for inspection. It will fail. They will give you a ridiculous price to fix issues. When you fix the issues yourself and bring the car back, the inspector is never there except on weekends apparently. Posted times say inspections from 9:00 to 5:00 Mon. - Fri. If you talk to a person, they will tell you Fri.- Monday. But when you try to make an appointment those days, actually the guy is gone. So you end up having to pay to get it inspected again at a reputable place. What a joke. Get a guy that works during business hours.

Someone needs to explain why I was charged right at $120 for the cost of filters for engine and cabin. For both, less than $50 at local auto parts store. Absolutely ridiculous

Took my Colorado in for an alignment and was told they couldn't do it because it needed Left and right front ball joints. They wanted $1200 to do the work. ? I immediately called my husband. It was decided that we wouldn't have that done there. I took the vehicle home and a mechanic we trust looked it over in his shop and said it absolutely does NOT need ball joints. Unfortunately this same mechanic cannot do alignments but he did get us new tires and set up an alignment at a different shop. Who told us the same thing; ball joints are fine. So, I don't know if the guys at Firestone thought they could get a woman to do unnecessary work for money or they are just terrible at their jobs but shame on them for trying to take advantage of customers.

Just had my rear brake pads and rotors replaced after being informed by Anderson Ford they were critical. Well, Anderson Ford quoted me $680. I shot a call to Firestone and they quoted me $490. After my car was returned to me, I scheduled an appointment for the same day. In less than 2 hours my brakes were finished and to my surprise I only paid $330 thanks to a $120 coupon. What great helpful service I received from Brenda and Corey!

My car overheated when I was passing through St. Joseph. I took it to Firestone. They said my engine was blown. I had to get a hotel for two nights and eventually towed it back to Omaha. My friend owns a mechanic shop in Papillion. When he got the car all that was wrong was the radiator hose came unconnected he connected it and it works fine. No blown motor no failed block no none of that. If they had actually looked at the car properly I could have continued on my journey and not wasted $600 in hotels and towing. Blows my mind that I brought in for overheating and they didn’t check the coolant system ?

We got stranded here on a road trip. Firestone had a full Saturday, but worked us in to diagnose the problem quickly and work with us on our options. We were able to get back on the road much sooner than expected!

Was quoted $915 to change 6 spark plugs! This place is an absolute rip off and always has been. They think people are stupid. For this job, six spark plugs, which cost $75. An intake manifold gasket, which cost $35. Coil boots, $15.. That's $125 foot parts. So Firestone is going to charge me $790 labor to change my plugs?!?!?! You guys are clowns

I am SO grateful to the folks at Firestone Complete Auto Care in St Joseph! I was visiting the city this past weekend when my car got a flat tire from a nail in the tread. The mechanic who provided me with roadside assistance directed me to Firestone. Although it was a Saturday afternoon, Nick gladly took my call and said they’d be happy to help out. I explained that, since a different tire had been low on air the day before, I’d love to have all my tires checked. Thankfully, since Firestone is open 7 days a week, I could leave it at the shop overnight and pick it up the next day (Firestone is located just 0.5 miles from the Drury Inn, where I was staying, so it was an easy 10-minute walk).True to their word, I was able to drop off my car at 5 pm on Saturday and it was ready to be picked up by 10 am on Sunday! Trey was the friendly young man who assisted me at the counter on both days, and Samuel was the technician who took care of my car. They were able to repair my flat tire for under 25 bucks and provided a courtesy check of the other three tires at no charge. What GREAT service!MANY thanks to Nick, Trey, Samuel and all the other folks at Firestone who take SUCH good care of their customers! I appreciate you all!
