We opened up an account three years ago knowing that in eight years we would be moving to Warsaw. My account has gone dormant twice because we don’t use it as we don’t live in Warsaw. Recently, I set it up to where I could do electronic transfers from my other bank on a monthly basis to maintain the account.However, after I set this up and made a couple transfers, they disabled that feature. They are telling me now the only way I can get it reestablish is to use the account and after 60 days, they would reinstate it. I called and explain I am trying to use the account more, but they have cut me off by not allowing the electronic transfers. So now the only way I can access my money is to go to Warsaw. More than likely the next time we are there we will close out our account.

They were so kind. They all went above and beyond in helping us open accounts. We arrived 20 minutes before closing on a Saturday and they helped us anyway! Such great people and wonderful atmosphere! Thank you Cherie you really are great!
