We visited Cat Show today and it was such a special experience! This space is probably the most comfortable I’ve experienced in a cat cafe, with swinging chairs, giant bean bags, and comfy chairs and couches. The kitties are also super friendly and playful. We enjoyed a cozy afternoon playing and snuggling with everyone!Mildew, Alexis, and David were the most active and curious (they tried to get into our chocolate we bought but we kept it well-protected!), but each kitty enjoyed pets and cuddles. I couldn’t recommend Cat Show more - definitely worth one (or more!) trips!

I love this spot !So grateful for it.Wish I could adopt a cat but I’m not ready for that in my life. Which is such a shame as I met Bob, the cat, here and I loved him so very very much. I wish I could adopt him but, I cannot have animals at my place.Go see Bob. He’s the best.

As I walked into the store with my nephew in the stroller (1.5 years old) I asked if the cats were upstairs to which the staff said “yes!” I then asked if I could leave my stroller downstairs at the foot of the stairs to which she replied “yes!”So I walked upstairs and the door was locked so I walked back downstairs with baby in tow and asked how we could see the cats and she said “oh you have to make a reservation and there is an age minimum of 10 years old.”Now I visit Bozeman often and my sister (a local) and I shop here and give our support. #supportsmallbusinessesAfter this incident though, it really frustrated me. I had been shopping around the store with a baby, inquired where to put the stroller, walked upstairs and downstairs with a baby, just to have her tell me I couldn’t see the cats.Really bad communication. Please do better.I respect the age minimum and making a reservation, but you just lost a merchandise customer due to your lack of communication and rude communication

Friendly cats, great space with cute furniture and decor, and the shop downstairs has a wide variety of plants, cat toys, stickers, and cards. Make sure to check-in at the desk before heading upstairs to visit with the cats.

A real gem of an animal facility. Even the reptile pet shop downstairs has shockingly good animal care. I am pleased that Montana's first, and likely only for a good while, cat cafe is one I can visit guilt-free. I see virtually no downsides. Definitely something more good folks should know about. (More clips for hanging artwork would be awesome and maybe some erasers?)

I love cat cafes and I really wanted to love this one. The positives are the cats, of course. And it is a beautiful place to go and sit with the cats. But the check in is a pain. You have to wait at the store at the bottom to be able to pay and check in. In addition, it’s completely unclear that this is what you need to do and where it even is. The day we went the store was swamped and there was only one person working as far as we could tell. We had to wait in line while people made their purchases before we even knew where to go or what to do. They need to make the process much more clear. It would also be helpful if, when making the reservation online, you could pay for it at the time. I think there is potential here, but they need to make things more streamlined and less of an after thought. Either your a cat cafe or your a plant/gift shop.

The location and decor are really cool, but when we were there, it was dead. We were not offered a food/drink menu and not told how to order anything before we went upstairs to start our session. There were only 5 cats at the time (none adoptable) and there were 5 other people with the same time reservation as me and my husband. All the cats were either asleep or seemed overstimulated and wanted nothing to do with humans. I know you can’t control the cats, I’m just disappointed, I was so excited to find a cat cafe, sip coffee, and cuddle kitties, but there were no drinks and none of those kitties wanted cuddling. Those who tolerated it were taken up with other people most of the time. We left early because we were bored. :(
