  the idea of this culture is to criticize beyond rationality. I love this bank and all the employees I have ever interacted with in my years being a faithful and loyal customer I would have to say hooray you make my day.   I JUST opened an account with this bank only a week ago. I have already been lied to by two USBank Employees, and I am unable to pay my bills because they refuse to give me my money in a reasonable amount of time.
