Very friendly, rooms were clean, staff was attentive. Breakfast was very satisfactory, best part was the breakfast room was avail 24/7 so guests could grab plastic utensils or paper plates to reheat left overs.Honestly, just the nicest people!

Rooms was decent enough. After driving for hrs of seeing pretty much no hotels or much of anything, we were grateful to find this place. People here a very nice and friendly!! Susan the hotel Manager goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome ?. Breakfast area was good very well stocked!! Pet friendlyThank you Colstrip InnRooms: Clean

Reserved a room with 2 queen "beds", except 1 had a mattress and 1 had a box spring in place of a mattress. Extremely small pillows. Only 2 towels provided for 4 people and were refused any more. Requested a main floor room due to disabled guest but got 2nd floor. When talking to the front desk staff requesting room change and extra towels we were told, "There's nothing I can do. You're welcome to stay in Forsyth." Looks to be under renovation but VERY unaccomidating staff.

Room is the nastiest I’ve ever seen. Toilet untouched, hair all over the rest of the bathroom and the sink. Mirrors gross, microwave even grosser. Trash left on both end tables. No shower curtain! And when I used a towel to wipe up the water that got all over the floor, it was brown from the lack of mopping. This place is so gross I can’t even bring myself to look too closely at some of it. No wonder they don’t leave tip slips/notecards in the rooms. I’m sure they’d get a lot of notes like the one I left. Fully booked and the only place in the area to stay. Sigh.Didn’t get the chance to speak to the manager until the morning. She went into the room with me and we talked about the issues. She was very nice!

Disgusting room! Toilet not cleaned. Hair all over the bathroom. Trash on tables. Mirrors were gross and microwave was truly nasty. They left us no shower curtain so when we used a towel to mop up the water on the floor, the towel was all brown. I can't even look too closely at the rest of it. I don't leave reviews often. I downloaded Yelp just for this!Don't stay here if you can help it.

For those who are looking for a convenient city to stay when traveling across Montana, please look at the map closely. The city of Colstrip itself is deep within the roads from the main freeway. If I had known, I would have gotten to Billings instead. During check-ins at 9:22 pm, I can't believe there are still people waiting to check in, because they're doing it last minute. This just showed how many rooms are readily available for today, a start of the weekend. They do sell postcards for those who would like some. I do love postcards.There's a book exchange library. Such good ideas: take a book and leave a book.

Susan and the entire staff were great hosts. Very friendly, welcoming and informative. The bed in our room was not the best, but was ok. We both woke up with some aches and pains, but that is to be expected when traveling. The room was very clean and refreshing to weary travelers. They do a fantastic job with the complimentary breakfast and the coffee was very good! I look forward to staying here again if I am to return to this area. We both felt very welcome and had an at home feeling of comfort during our stay.

The staff was very nice. When I got into the room it looked ok. The ponytail clips didn't really bother me, just left them alone. What bothered me was the plastic syringe container that I sat on, thank God I didn't see a needle. I reported this to the front desk and no one seemed very interested.

So first impression was nice. Room was decent. Then we went to the outer straiwell. It hasn't been cleaned in probably months. And stinks of vomit. Housekeeping never showed up the whole time we were there. When asking for towels (or anything else) the staff were very rude! Our room key had to be reset every day. To put the cherry on top. The front desk worker was trying to beg us for money out front of the motel, and then kept pushing the rest of our stay!!! Will never go back, and would not recommend! 05/12/22
