I needed to fax some paperwork to someone. When I went in to do this, I just gave the gentleman behind the counter what needed to be faxed and the phone number where it needed to be faxed to. I about fell over when he was done and told me it was $16.80 for 8 pieces of paper to be faxed. I had used the same service about 6 months ago for more papers and it was only about $3.00. I had looked to see if it was posted in big letters and numbers before having him fax it for me thinking it would be about the same price as 6 months ago. They only have a tiny piece of paper listing the price taped on the counter at the cash register and they don't tell you the price before faxing. This will be the last time I ever set foot on this store. They advertise cheap prices. That was awful having to pay that much to fax 8 pieces of paper. If I could give them a -5 rating I would. Talk about taking advantage of people and their hard working money. Never again. I will drive the extra few miles into town to go find a different place. It would definitely be cheaper even with using your gas to seek out a different company. Shame on you Staples for taking advantage of people like this.

I went to Staples in Helena looking for a new printer and was so disappointed in the staff and their lack of knowledge. I finally hunted down a gentleman and asked him to help me. He said he knew nothing about printers and if I wanted to know about them then I needed to compare the specs myself. Fortunately, there was a code next to the computers that led me to the help desk at Staples and they were very knowledgeable. I had to order the printer online because it was not in stock at the store.When I asked who the man was at check out the checker didn't know. I then pointed him out as he was the tallest man in the store and he still didn't know his name. Either way the customer service was atrocious and even though I was in the store for at least an hour not one person asked if they could assist me.

Very difficult to work with accused me of copy right even after I offered to show proof of purchase of my pdf download. It seems like more work to offer poor customer service, but these guys are dedicated to making this dang near impossibleWon’t be taking any of my business there any more easy choiceThanks mark and Ellen.

Horrible customer service. Will never go into this store again. The chair I wanted was display model only. I don't live here so I didnt want to order. I asked if I could just buy the display model. They said said yes but they would charge me 15.00 more because they put it together. SERIOUSLY???

Just want to say how wonderful Lisa and Reggie were to me when I went in with a computer photo problem. Lisa was called away for another customer and said Reggie will get this done. She was right. He was so kind and explained everything he was doing so I would know how to do it. Thank you so much.

I got very good help in several departments during my recent visit. Several team members asked if I was finding what I was looking for; one opened a package and let me compare my cell phone to the recharge cord end that I was considering , then recommended alternatives; one was sent out to carry in a monitor that I needed to discard; and the printing service staff was very contentious with a very small project that I brought in. The cashier also showed me the item that I inquired about, which I purchased. I felt very well-assisted during my visit.
