It's a Costco, food is cheap and decent. However this is the only Costco in a 2 hour one way radius so everyone comes to this one. It gets very busy and the food court does as well. Be prepared to wait during peak times and especially during tourist season.

The food is good. It's inexpensive for the quality. My dayghter gets the cheese pizza and gets it cut in 2 slices because the slice is huge.

I've heard great reviews about the hot dogs and chicken bakes. Tried both tonight. I'm totally full. The beef hot dogs are my favorite, but the chicken bake is really good. Both are a definite perk and make the crowd at Costco tolerable. It's like a reward for playing nice. Ha!

Costco is the best for shopping but I'm unhappy with their food court. They used to have polish dogs and Always had chopped onions. Now they offer neither.

First bad review ever at a costco, I have 8 people on my membership, definitely the primary store we shop at.The kalispell store feels like a shakedown.The highest prices I have ever seen,ever,at a costco.Steaks,fish,milk,cheese. EVERYTHING in the store is 20% higher then other costco stores.I am moving here permanently and it has forced me back to smiths grocery because of the weekly adds.4$ a pound more for steaks per pound is robbery.Costco has become so big they are starting to price gouge. As long as a hot dog stays at 1.50 costco can screw customers on everything else.

Member for over 30 years. Warning for anyone who parks in the Costco parking lot during hot days in the Summer. The crack filling tar that they use here in the Kalispell parking lot ruined one of my tires by filling up the treads over on over a quarter of the tire when it melted while I was inside the store. Needless to say the tire was ruined and had to be replaced. When I asked the Manager on Duty (Pat) what Costco can do for customers that have there cars damaged by products they use for the parking lot maintenance he said "we don't do anything." Pat was also not interested in going out to his parking lot to see where the poor parking lot care was damaging vehicles. I was shocked by the lack of good customer care that had once made Costco a great place to shop. I will not be back

I have been a member since there was only one store in Kirkland. I have shopped in stores in numerous states over the years and have to say the management of the Kalispell store is an embarrassment. Several instances of rudeness from those ins charge of this store are unusual for this company. Just the latest instance. Enter the store with my card but before entering the line discovered that the card was nowhere to be found. I flagged down a so-called manager who tried to look up my name in their computer system. He claimed that I was not a member and would immediately have to leave the store!!!! What? I eventually made it to the membership desk where within 20 seconds they were able to find my membership. This is only the latest example of unacceptable management incompetence at this store.

Of course the hot dogs are the cheapest meal in town, but I find the rest of the food just ho-hum. And they took away the soft serve chocolate ice cream, who does that? When they bring back the chocolate I might give them four stars?
