Do not buy bareroot fruit trees from Costco. The trees I bought this year were terrible. The roots were all trimmed off. Over half of them died without leafing out. Bummer!

We stopped here on our way home to canada and we’re struggling to find the pack of bear spray. Melissa and micheal went above and beyond to help us out. They located it in the store in their system and went and got it for us! They were so lovely and made it a great experience!

The meat is always very fresh. I love their chicken for $5! I do the majority of my shopping at Costco and I am single the checkers are very friendly and helpful.

I enjoy having this Costco close by. Sometimes it is difficult to find parking spot but overall it's Costco and once you're in everything you need is right there.

I do have to say their Mac and cheese is really good and I would give it 5 stars, also their chicken pot pie is really good and I would give that 5 stars., and also would give their floral area 5 stars their flowers that I have bought from them have been amazing.

Very typical Costco, but as I like Costco, there are no complaints from me. Large quantity items. Often items you buy here are the next level up in quality, for the same price as a lower quality item you could buy elsewhere. Good return policy. Items regularly in stock.

When you enter the Kalispell Costco ypu feel at home. You know where things are. It's the same as any other Costco. They have items specifically for Montana. They have the best vegetables in Western Montana. The meat dept has the best meat just like most Costco's. The gas station is the best price and fast with 8 lanes. The tire dept is very good and quickly get you in. The electric dept is fully stocked with all the best manufacturers. The people are the best because they are Montanan.

UPDATE: Still working with their computer techs four weeks later. Financially it makes no sense to even bother, but at this point I'm interested in finishing the exercise. It feels like a game to find out who gives up first. Very odd.I bought a computer at Costco not for the price, or because they have high end computers, but because of Costco's reputation for customer service. Well...their customer service blows...at least when it comes to electronics. They claim a 2 year warranty, but if you don't return your product within 3 months, you have to go through this this third party "concierge service". The service is really a go-between for Costco and the manufacturer. After giving them a bunch of information and sitting on hold for a while, they check to make sure you've installed all your updates and then turn you over to the manufacturer; which is more of the same and then a factory reset. I'm not even finished with their troubleshooting, but we already have over 8 hours into this (most of which was sitting on hold)... blah blah blah... super lame. Buy somewhere else.

Lowe's associate Brianna helped me find the lawnmower that I'd wanted. We walked through the snow blower area and the garden area where we found the very one that I'd shopped online, It was high up on a shelf so Brianna got another associate to get a lift. We brought over a two wheel cart, loaded it up & wheeled it to the registers but they were all busy. So, Brianna opened another one for me and checked me through. She insisted on helping me to load it into my car and even took the cart back for me. The next time I need assistance I'll be looking for Brianna.

We had a late night need to get our propane tanks filled. My husband arrived at the fill station right at 8:20 and asked if he was too late. Zach was the attendant on duty and immediately jumped into action to provide great service. He did an excellent job of explaining of the process and filling both tanks. The inside staff also did a great job of providing great service, even at the late hour when most people just want to close up. Zach and other staff helped ensure our family was warm in below freezing temps.
