Tristin is the absolute best! His friendly , helpful, FAST and professional service really helped me out of a major jam today. Cannot recommend this service in general, and him in particular, any more highly. And all for a very reasonable price! Sure wish I lived here....I would use them for ALL my printing needs!

Nice people but not good for anything over about 70 pages. Unable to collate, runs out of paper, machines jam - which makes a mess. Expensive. Spend it on a laser to do big jobs at home.

Employees referred me to a print machine with instructions that didn’t fully describe how to use the machine. Instructions do not say where you get a retrieval code as if it is obvious that it will email you one.

I usually ship through fedex because they have better rates when shipping my art. However, that all changed today. The customer service person, Count, who was listening to my transaction with another service person decided to reprimand me for getting a piece of tape from the employee dispenser. He then, proceeded to threaten to kick me out after I simply stated that another rep I usually work with allows me to use that tape. He said " you will have to leave if you keep giving me attitude." He said this twice. All of the other employees were women (including me). By this time I was shaking and trying to work with the polite woman on boxing the art. I said quietly to her, "do you have business cards?" The guy, Court, over heard us and brought me his business card. I then write a note to the woman asking who the manager was because I knew I was not allowed to talk. She said there would not be one today. Now I am stuck feeling attacked and he was aggressive and chose to assert the small amount of power he has on me. I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate.

These employees have always been very knowledgeable and efficient whenever I have visited the store. Recently, they helped me create a homebook for my Airbnb in Missoula. They really went above and beyond to help me get it right. It’s rare to find a business anymore where the employees really seem to care about what they’re doing, but this store is getting it right. Thank you

Thoroughly rude, unhelpful, dishonest and unpleasant. I placed a print order yesterday for delivery today and received a message that someone would call me yesterday. No-one did. I called in and spoke to an abrasive individual who wouldn't help, wouldn't give his name, and hung up on me when I asked for his name. Meanwhile, my order is still MIA and FEDEX does not care one iota.
