This is a family owned and operated business. The employees are very friendly and helpful with tips in visiting the area and they make very nice sandwiches! The restaurant is very clean and welcoming after a new remodel. Prices are very reasonable and less expensive than most other options in town. The business is open seasonally from April 14th - October when the park closes.

Walked in, within 2 minutes we waited the employee sneezed, touched his hair and face (many times), re-adjusted his hat (numerous times). He washed his hands after he started ringing up the lady in front of him. Then again touched his face and hat. Washing your hands should never be a second thought after sneezing even if we were not in a pandemic. YUCK! Needless to say we walked right out after watching this employee not have any kind of health hygiene whatsoever.Neither employee was wearing a mask. This was our second stop trying to get food that had zero employees wearing masks.

Neither "sandwich artist" wore a mask, despite a state requirement to wear a mask. A sign was clearly displayed inside, saying something like "If you have a medical reason not to wear a mask, you don't have to. If you are not wearing a mask, we will assume that is the reason instead of asking you for HIPAA reasons."I immediately walked out.

My biggest take away from visiting Yellowstone in September of 2020 while Covid was still raging was just how entitled so much of the population thinks they are. The staff at Subway was busting butt to make sandwiches as fast as they could for customers and the line just never seemed to end. They were running out of stuff and really couldn't keep up but they did their best and still had a friendly positive attitude! Some of the customers we saw were incredibly obnoxious. My hat is off to the folks running this Subway for maintaining a positive attitude in spite of LOTS of rude customers!

Shockingly abhorrent. Very surprised Subway hasn't gotten involved and revoked the franchise license, incredibly poor brand experience. Worst subway experience ever - and I've been to questionable international ones, including one that gave me food poisoning before an international flight, but thats a story for another time. As other reviews stated, they use child labor. None of the employees wear masks. And we witnessed someone walk in from the street and make her own sandwich (no joke, seemed to be a friend of an owner).

the food is actually very good, nice interior design, the only compliant I have is that they are under staff, staff are too busy, but they are polite and nice.

Employees don't wear masks when they have signs posted that it's state law. Employee COUGHED into her wrist then proceed to dig around in the vegetables with that hand. Grossest Subway ever.

Drove down from Billings, on our way to Elko, NV. Subway, perfect for lunch! We walked in, and saw that none of the countrr servers, who must be exposed to thousands of people from 10-12 states were wearing masks - we walked out. Maybe when the pandemic is over in a year-or-so, but No Thanks!

DON NOT STOP HERE! Extremely long line, it took 45 min to get a sandwich. None of the employees were wearing a mask, the sandwich was made sloppy & they had young kids working. Very strange & very disappointing experience.
