I told them my google maps does not work correctly after I get around 120 to 150 miles away from home. They did a computer update to my vehicle and it did not make any difference. They called GM Home office and they did not have an answer.
I contacted the GM Home office and they had no answer for my problem and told me to call them the next time I'm away from home and google maps does not work.
Fortunately I have a tablet that I can use for my google maps. It works fine wherever I am.

We called for an appointment because there was rumble in the engine. Andy was able to get us into the shop quickly.
Austin was able to diagnosis the issue within an hour and explained everything to me. I really know nothing about the working of cars, but he was able to explain it to me so I understood the issue at hand. The parts were ordered, unfortunately they were on back order and a possibly 3 weeks to receive them.
Krystina is amazing! She was able to find a loaner car for us to be able to use and be our kids person taxi to school. She kept us updated with the progress of the parts and repairs. Krystina called us with the best news, there were able to get the parts in two weeks early and we're able to start on repairing our car.
We had the best experience with Premier Chevrolet. From the moment of making the appointment, diagnostic, repairs and even paying the bill, was a 10 out of 10. Everything was broken down as per the bill and explained. We will be coming back for all of our car maintenance and repair needs!

Engine light came on in oklahoma on Saturday 16th in my 2022 trailblazer and we took to a local chevy dealership to be told it was an old code (engine light has never been on) they reset it knowing we were headed to vacation on Thursday the 21st to Nebraska, telling us our car was good to go. We headed out to Nebraska and at 130pm Thursday our engine light came back on killing the turbo and leaving our car gutless. Knowing we couldn't continue our trip this way we stopped in to premier Chevrolet in beatrice. We were welcomed wirh a smile and told 100% our turbo failed and needed repaired. They drove to Iowa to get our part. Haley the sales girl was such a huge help finding us a rental car from a local shop and with a couple pulls we were back on the road. Our vacation lasted a day longer than expected but thanks to service and the tech working thru the weekend we were headed home by 11am Monday morning. 1000% recommended this group of employees for any of ur needs

I have never been to this dealership until my recent purchase. My first impression was great! We were immediately greeted and attended to until the person we had been talking with was available. I requested the red Equinox I spotted on the website and the gentleman jumped right on that and went and retrieved it at a different location in town. Everyone was accommodating, friendly and did everything to ensure we got a great deal for our trade in and to get us in the vehicle we wanted! I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this dealership!

Was in from out of town and had an issue with a belt and air filter box. They were able to get it fixed fast and not delay our trip home. Very happy with the communication and service.
