The tech was awesome. He was efficient and got the job completed quickly. He definitely gets a 5 star!
As for the 1st lady I called to get started, she gets a 0 star. It took 1 hr to get me started. I told her I have my own router/modem and don’t need one. She argued with me saying I needed one. I told her no. She still added it. She didn’t listen and constantly repeated herself and asked the same questions several times. She told me, after we got off the phone, I could log into my account, nope. She failed!
I called the next day and talked with an amazing lady. Helped me with everything and done within a minute.

I had issues with my service after a big storm. Mike was awesome I didn't know where the problem was but he worked for two days to find it and fixed it quickly

All I had was a guarantee that the tech would arrive by Mon 30th by 400pm. This left us no internet and no DVDs or player for over a week. Did I mention that our 5yr old grandson hangs out with us all week. I called the company and they put me on a wait list.
I got a message that our tech would be here on the 26th between 1130 and 145. My husband had cataractsurgery that morning. We got a neighbor to sit for us. We were home and my husband tucked in by his arrival time. He was great! Our modem was faulty. He replaced it. Checked things to make sure then gave us the password. I appreciate being put on a wait list. And I appreciate that my daughter brought her DVD player and my grandsons favorite DVDs with it!!!

Poor customer service. Lazy technicians. Still waiting for the fiber optic lines to be installed 2 years later. Everyone they send to do it, doesn't know how. Allegedly.

Arrived on time diagnosed and fixed the problem in a quick manner. Made a couple of trips to repair & make sure working properly w testing equipment. Friendly& professional. The whole procedure was done within 20 min if that total.He finished the job . Relayed that I should have no further issues. Confident. He was on his way as was I. From calling about tech issue to time& tech visit. Everything great& seamless.👍 Windstream.

After the blizzard on Wednesday I have no internet for 3 days going on 4.
