Christie Tyler and Jarod were all very pleasant professional and knowledgeable about the issues with my car. They diagnosed saying it may or may not need certain work...and in the end needed less work than they thought. My car rides so smooth now I cannot believe the difference! I truly appreciate your professionalism but equally as much your honesty! So good to know of a place I can trust not to "take me for a ride" because I'm a woman. You are all awesome.

Was assured my part would be in by my appointment at 830 Monday morning. Drove 45 minutes just for them to tell me it wouldn't be there for another 2 hours. They gave us a loaner car so I could get to work but that died on us like 5 or 6 times. And they charged me $50 more than I was quoted.
Edit on 8/14: received an incredibly unprofessional phone call from Kristy in their office just now. Was very rude and demanded an explanation for my Google review. It's pretty self explanatory. They yelled at me until I hung up. They called back and argued with me about the reason for the first call until I felt I was being legitimately harassed and expressed as such and threatened to file a formal complaint.

We were having issues with the Pizza Ranch delivery car. They diagnosed and fixed very quickly. Appreciate the friendly & helpful staff. 10 out of 10 recommended.

The guy behind the counter, his name is Alberto, he handled my situation with no flaws. Real nice to talk to! Felt like I knew him for a long time. They have great customer service and did a great job on my car.

I had an oil change and tire rotation done, also needed the cabin air filter replaced. The job was done within the promised time. I was called about the cabin filter before replacing it. I am happy with the work and price and will use Quality Auto from now on.

They were topnotch for sure! I needed fixed fast due to my wheel bearing going out and this being my only vehicle they got me in real fast! Not my normal mechanic but definitely will be back! They are fantastic! And very knowledgeable! Thanks you guys!
