Wants a credit card on file and $50 for an estimate. Look for another option. I was able to buy the part I needed online and with a little help from YouTube save myself hundreds of $$$.

Our dishwasher needs repaired. I have a 3rd party warranty for parts and labor. I went through the process of getting a claim done and the part was shipped to me. I reached out to Clarkson to complete the repair. While discussing the dishwasher and payment, I was cut off and very rudely told they refuse to work with that warranty company because they don't make money working with them. I can understand that from financial standpoint and don't blame them, but to treat me rudely when I only called with an inquiry was unacceptable.Service: Dishwasher repair

Had a broken tv that was collecting dust for awhile and see if they can fix. When we dropped it off we told them there was no rush since we knew the holidays were coming. We were surprised when they called the same day and told us it was done! Great service and friendly staff, we will be going here again and recommending to others. Thank you!

Had a problem with my six month old LG TV (dark spot on the bottom of the screen, in the middle that came to a point and extended upwards to a V type shape), contacted LG customer service due to it still being under warranty. Was contacted by Clarkson TV & Appliance a few days after I submitted a repair request, after a few emails back and forth and a couple phone calls they ordered a new panel from LG and had it overnight shipped, and were at my doorstep the very next day. Paul who came out and did the repair on site was kind and courteous, we had the new panel in, and the TV up back on the wall in around an hour. I can recommend this business to my friends and family to get the job done, and done right. Thank you!
