Came in around 8:50 ish this morning to discuss details of a root canal appointment, amongst a few other dental concerns I had. Hanna and Ariel were extremely helpful, best experience I’ve had since I’ve been coming to CAPWN dental in Gering. They explained everything in detail, I literally had every question and even thought answered. They had polite and very respectful demeanors, it’s a night an day different compared to the employees who were in there back in January. A huge blessing has apparently occurred in this place

I couldn’t even get an initial appointment with this place. They scheduled me yesterday at 2 to have an intake new patient conversation. Waited for an hour and turns out they double booked me. Then reschedule for today at 2. Even had a message sent to me to confirm the appointment today, then 2 roles around and again nothing. Very unprofessional, people have obligations in their life and when you schedule an appt, the time line is there for a reason. Goodluck even trying to make an initial appointment. ??

Your better off going out of town to get dental work done the dentist was a complete joke talked about golfing and the new rage room rather than give me instructions on what he was doing then proceeds to tell me he can’t fix my root canal correctly and tells me I see a specialist I don’t understand how he still has his license to be a dentist completely unprofessional and his assistant as well I did not receive the care instructions or anything for the pain it was pretty much my problem at that point I’ve been in pain because it wasn’t done correctly please please don’t go here unless you necessarily need to it’s just a waste of time and money.

They will give you incorrect paperwork and send your bills to collections because they don't know what they're doing. Billing department gets to hide behind awful, know-nothing employees and their shady behavior. Do not trust what they're having you sign. READ EVERYTHING. Not to mention I left with incorrect diagnosis and dealt with a misogynist doctor. Even if you need the free clinic, I suggest anywhere else.

Dr t in the dental part is a complete joke. I had to pull the information out of him and still didn't get the full picture of the treatment plan he wanted me to sign my kid up for. The receptionist gave me more clear concise information and not him. If I had ANY OTHER CHOICE OF WHERE TO TAKE HIM I WOULD. NEGATIVE STARS!!!!!

Need to be more consistent. Sometimes a great experience. Sometimes not so much.
