My husband and I recently bought a used 5th wheel camper from Rich & Sons with Mariah and could not have had a more pleasant experience. Their customer service was absolutely top notch, from sales to finance, to the service center, to the accessories shop. Not once did we feel pressured or rushed, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. We have never had a camper before so they took so much extra time to answer all our questions and give us so much helpful advice. 10/10 experience, would highly recommend anyone go to them for their RV needs!

Had an amazing experience from start to finish here! Amanda was our sales person and she was absolutely great! She listened to what we were looking for, made absolutely sure of the tow capacity of our vehicle, curated the options she showed us to what we were asking for! We didn’t feel extra sales pressure or anything weird at all! We found the perfect camper for us with her help! Our financial person was Cayla and she was also great! We will absolutely return when we are ready to trade in for something else in the future!!

Mariah was our sales lady. Bubbly, cute, very polite and "with the program". In fact, everyone was very nice and helpful. My husband and I commented on the drive home with our new camper, that there was not one issue with this entire transaction. From the first text to Corey, to the last email from Miss Mariah, every single thing went very smoothly. No stress, no problems.....just fun and exciting! Oh and when we went to leave the lot with our camper, the fuses weren't working on our end with the pickup and employees just started coming out of the woodwork to jump in and help. The next thing we knew there were 6 employees working this problem and they had it solved in no time. We appreciate you all so very much. Thanks again Mariah!! Steph and Troy Fasse

We were passing through Nebraska and needed a small part for our RV cabinet. Since it was after hours, I put a message into their online system. Surprisingly, I received a phone call before 9 am. Nice and helpful conversation - and I drove over to their shop. Great parts selection at their service center. I bought the part and was on my way. Nice place. On my way out of town, I saw they have a conveniently located RV sales center also. Good business. Recommend them.

In response to your blatant lie. I talked to a sales manager, which resulted in me being cussed at and hung up on, someone yelled in the background saying “hang the **** up on him”. After they informed me that I would not be getting back the money that I put for a deposit on a unit and a hitch. I was manipulated into paying 5x the required amount for a deposit. You people provided me no good or service. As the unit I wanted was not even in stock, and never arrived. I’m not ready to leave this alone until it is resolved. Resolving this would be beneficial to your company.

Would recommend buying elsewhere. Their top priority is to make themselves money. They do not have their customers best interest in mind. Will not be purchasing here again.
Edit: In response to your response: The account is under my wife’s name. Purchase date. 6/2022. I will not be removing This post in hopes that it can protect people from shady business practices. I recommend everyone I talk to to go to Hastings or Kearney. They have had pleasant experiences but from other dealerships.
