Despite a recent re-org, the store still feels a little cluttered and dingy. The narrow aisles probably don't help this impression. That said, it is better than it used to be and I hope it continues to improve. The cashiers aren't friendly exactly but they do seem competent. The managers on the floor are both friendly and helpful.

Place is cluttered and needs a definite cleaning company in their, but staff is friendly. Not kid friendly but they laugh alot. They don't mind cussing infront of everyone there.

The guy cashier is asking a customer to buy him chips... She does. He opens a register to check her out, I'm waiting on line, when he's done he just follows his friend outside. So I ask the other cashier "are you open?". She said I'm waiting on someone. No one at her register. I go there all the time. Down the street from my house. Miss the old employees. These ones are terrible at customer service. Avoid this location

Stop clogging up Isles stuff laying all over the floors floors look like they haven't been cleaned in over a couple months. Probably one of the most disgusting stores I've ever been into management needs to do something about this

This is the trashiest place in Lincoln. Everything is dirty and gross, when the employees do show up they are rude, and the technology never works. Save yourself the headache and hand sanitizer that you’ll need to dump on yourself after leaving this Family Dollar and go to any other store.

Shelves aren't stocked (lots of empty shelves), store is in disarray with boxes everywhere and was just generally filthy. Might need to hire a part time person just to stock, organize and clean. And it can't be blamed on staffing/covid because it was also like this long before covid.
