Requires an appointment to do a preliminary estimate. all the other places I've been to did it on the spot. Not going back.

Carstar does great work on auto repair. We unfortunately had to have 3 different vehicles repaired here over the years, do to accidents. And each time they did great work. Very nice staff.

I had a few screws missing on a part underneath my 2016 ford escape. Could've been a little cost. However the manager came out got my keys, put the screws in for free! Super nice
