Hurried there bc their customer service couldn't fix, told me to exchange main box at L Street. Hurried and I was running to the door at 6pm which is closing and even though there were people inside, Elvin told me they couldn't exchange the box and to go to another open location. There were 3 employees inside and only 1 was helping someone.

Horrible experience at this location. Multiple employees standing around while just one employee waited on customers. I was there to pick up a modem at no cost. Had to wait a half hour for someone to just give me something that was called ahead and told I would just be able to pick up. Was more of a process than needed to be.

Really unhappy with cox anymore. I'm never warned about outtages and they're so frequently dropping connection or having poor connection. I can't reliably work from home with cox anymore and will be seeking other options.

Like I haven’t had actual service since I’ve moved here! CONSTANT interruptions…AND/OR no service whatsoever! My poor head now has absolutely 0% faith in YOUR COMPANY! THANKS… YOU NOW SUCK AS BAD AS VERIZON! FIX IT OR PROVE ME WRONG!! YOUR PICK

Marco was very helpful. I went in to cancel service and ended up upgrading services. If it wasn’t for him I would definitely not been with cox anymore. Cox finally got a rep that understand the wants and needs of people.

Overpriced because there’s nobody to compete near me and the drop outs and “outages” happen regularly. It’s decent when it’s working but expect at least 4 hours of nothing for every outage they have.

I think I need a lawyer! i know the end of the year my free HBO would be over an I had to get maybe another package or reduce the chanel's ? so I got a deal but the price per month went up from 118$-125$ an month an I'm a Old man on a fixed income an they know this! an after I got a price lock on 125$ they send me a text saying my bill went up to 173$ an they brang it down to 143$ a month? an I called they said oh yeah the price hick was on the same day an your confirmation numbers no good? what? an they made another deal for 138$ what that's no deal; see this is why I hate Cox cable they cheat you! an I was going to just have Wi-Fi but they says that it went up to 80$ a month? an I have been seeing ads that say the cheapest they have is 49.99 a month an I just seen it again today on t .v so I think this is fraud an I need a lawyer! here help! so I'm going to bring in the t.v part but I'm keep the Wi-Fi or I'll shop around an leave them ! because this isn't right an a fluctuating bill going up and down and making an old man confused which am I going to pay out of my fixed income am I going to be able to forward it well I'm going to fix them I'm reducing it down to just Wi-Fi and if they cheat me on the Wi-Fi well I'll just walk away just like everyone else it goes on your credit for maybe two years but it's going to come off it's going to disappear so look credit you want to ruin old man's credit because you because your being mean shame on Cox cable for picking on a old man i need to get out an away from Cox they are doing fraud to a old man if there someone here that's a lawyer I have a case here !

Cox is a scam built to run up data charges going from 100 bucks to 200 in 1 month...they are lying to families and acting like it costs them money for the data it most def in fact does not. I do not recommend them to anyway as they are running a monopoly scam basically like OPPD and all the others racking up charges for no reason. Its really sad to see companies take advantage of people because they aren't in the know esp. veteran families. I hope anyone that sees this post will know that they are getting taken advantage of. Show cox the customers are the ones who give them their money...and leave them when they tax us like a monarch from the middle ages...yall should be ashamed
