They take forever, drag out the process of what you ask for and keep adding stuff that costs more than it says and in the end its not even what you want. Its what they try to upsell you what their stock is and not what you need. Pushy as hell. But in an awful way.

Worse then sprint was when it was by itself. Tmobile n sprint both trash. I counted more 1 star reviews on this location then their are 5 star

Ordered a phone online I called customer service twice they can't find my order I have the order number ,the order is on my account,I have proof that money was taken out of my bank, I emailed the dispute form they never called back they're supposed to call back in 3 days I never heard from them I'm going to this local store I'm going to knock somebody's block off if I don't get my money back or my phone

Alex and the team at this store were super awesome and helpful. I ALWAYS have so much anxiety about switching over to a new phone for fear that something would get lost. They made this whole process for me a breeze and I LOVE my new phone!!!

Always have to wait and never any phones in stock. I have never had a good experience here. I was hoping that would change when T-Mobile took over but it obviously hasn't.
