One of the females she was Latino that runs the cash register seems to have attitudes rolling her eyes for no reason. I had a bad experience where I was asking questions about certain products and it seems like she has an attitude and does not want to answer me. She was looking at me like I’m stupid and I did not have no right to ask any questions. I don’t know if she feels like it’s not her job to answer questions about products that she sells or what was her issues. Kum&Go should do better than that . 😠

Just recently became a Kum and Go customer ( they were not in my previous state).
This particular location has fabulous customer service.
Prices might be a little bit high, but worth it.

There’s a blonde cashier with if I remember correctly pink in it as well, (can’t remember her name) but she’s super friendly and always makes a point to greet you as you walk in.

I don't know why people are complaining about store hours post COVID. I don't know a single place that kept their pre-COVID hours. Let's critique things other than signage. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. If you're standing there looking at the food items, they won't just look at you and wait and make it awkward. They will engage and they will try to help you in that decision if they can. The manager is always incredibly energetic and positive and isn't above taking out the trash. I love this place.Other than that, the Kum&Go Rewards are actually beneficial. I have, many times, gotten things I would normally get, and then boom, my total drops $5 because of the rewards. It's not just a fuel saver (which is basically worthless on a 10 gallon tank).

This is by far the most personable station around. The employees are top notch! Rick and his crew are always on top of things. It's clean, they are fast, and customer service is the best!

The cashier refused to accept my military retiree ID as proof of age and stated "I'll get points taken off of me if I don't scan an ID." I think she was just annoyed that I didn't want to have my driver's license scanned by her POS machine. I'll buy my beer somewhere else from now on.
