Worst branch I’ve ever been to! Takes forever to even do a deposit and they always have only 1 person working while all the others just stare at the line and stand around. I highly recommend the o e off Topsy lane more than this one!! Satisfaction was not met here.

The typical bank transaction of cashing a check was a surprise. I was advised by the bank teller that they could no longer just cash my checks! They told me that the check must be deposited unless I have the funds to cover the check. For many years I have been able to simply cash my check and not deposit it into my account. This must be a way for the IRS and the government to know what funds you have. Big Brother is watching!

Atm has been broken for weeks. Won't let me take out money daily or even biweekly for some reason. Went inside and was told I could only take out part of my money. This place is terrible and the people who work here are extremely rude. I would never bank here willingly and once the pandemic is over I will never have anything to do with them again

I am a visitor to Carson City, and I stopped by this bank in order to buy 33 cashiers checks. The line was very short, the teller who processed my checks was very courteous and accommodating, I was very happy with my experience and would certainly come back with no reservations.

Well they are now in their refurbished building, but obviously forgot to refurbish their customer service skills. This bank seems to be filled with the most inattentive staff that could be found. Working online is just as bad unfortunately. This branch decided to put a notice of hold on a government issued paycheck stating that they did not think it would fund. I know our government has it's downfalls, but really? Now that I have direct deposit set up, they decided to hold the funds again? Bank of America, if you need to borrow my full amount of money to make more on the interest just let me know. Don't hold the money that I use for everyday life... I should have stuck with Wells Fargo. All I had to deal with there was a crappy demeanor rather than the all around crappy service.

Not helpful not one bit. Once my money is deposited to my account. I am go to a credit union. Enough is enough with Bank of America. Their customer service 800 number was more helpful than this branch. The date the teller told me were different from the ATM deposit and 800 number. Branch manager was to lazy to talk to a customer.

Beware of the manager, Stephanie. She will talk over you when you have a complaint, does not call you back when she promises she will and is the most incompetent person in the banking industry. She also cannot make a deposit correctly. I would never open an account here and see why the ratings are so low.

In general, B of A is a mediocre bank at its best but this branch continues to outdo itself insofar as bad customer service.

You charge people 8$ to cash their own paychecks just because they don't have an account with you when the place of business already pays you to have the ability to send the check in the first place. It's not a personally written check it should cost nothing to get it cashed from the issued bank!
