Really disappointed in this location. I worked here many years ago (2015 - 2017) and used the print services well after I quit as the team was very efficient and reliable (from about 2017 - mid 2022) for my business, but recently (last 3-6 months) the current team doesn't seem to care as much and can never seem to get my print orders correct like the old team could. It's really a shame as I don't want to use a different location, but really tired of bringing in my own supplies for them to print on and them messing them up and needing to buy the supplies again.

Ran into Office Depot to grab computer headset and webcam for a TEAMS meeting I had. Staff was great with helping me finding the items I needed and price matched with a competitor, WOO-HOO!!Not only was I able to get in and out of Office Depot quickly but setup of both was easy breezy. Friendly, helpful staff to include well organized store and what's online for in-store availability is actually there added bonus price match.Will return again for office needs in the future ~ thank you Staff and Office Depot.

STAY AWAY!!! This is 2nd time now I was charged for something almost 10$ more for than online said it was. 78.89 online for an ink cartridge. Said I could pick up in store. Sent someone to pick up for me and they were charged 87.99. If you need supplies right away do not go to this store unless u want to pay the extra 5-10$ on almost everything!!!!!!!!!!! Really makes me mad !

I have only great things to say about this store, from great customer service who handles all mail service and copying jobs, to the various products they sell, and the postal services offered. I appreciate their various writing and recording materials, home office supplies, home office furniture, and home goods. EVERY time I've entered the store, it's Always Clean, Organized, with a Large Selection of office supplies for businesses and home use. Each time, I entered the store, I am Always Greeted and Treated Professionally with curtesy and genuine care. I have often used their copiers for important documents to scan, print, copy, or email for quick deliveries to recipients, in which has been a God sent service. They offer self-service, or paid service for printing and mailing which is always handled quickly and professionally by staff. I appreciate their early and late hours as well to conduct my personal business to get in and out quickly.

A drop dead zero for this place. Not properly staffed. Not properly trained. Waited for 1/2 hour to get a door nameplate done . Nobody knew how to do it and the manager was not available. Probably at lunch and I don't fault him for that. If you run a business be accountable. The so called print and copy section is useless. A one star is way too high a rating.

Office Depot, Carson City (Fairview)I drove down from North Lake (about 50 minutes) to purchase a laser printer. I typically shop locally up in Incline at Rainbow Office Supply, but they didn't have the laser printer in stock that I needed that day for a last minute project I had to have done the next day. I crossed paths with the store manager while shopping for the printer and he gave me red carpet customer service - along with another woman who had even more questions than I did! He showed me the options in my price range and even found one in stock that I hadn't looked at online! I went ahead and decided to buy a bunch of other office supplies I had not planned on (no, seriously ... the hubs set a budget for me before I went down there lol, which I had no problem exceeding lololololol).The cashiers were SUPER helpful and very friendly - so uniquely so that I bought them both a soft drink while I added one for me to my purchase! The printer box was huge and the store manager offered to help me out to my car - but it was like the hottest day of the summer so I told him I could manage on my own. He insisted and when he managed to fit it into my Honda CRV I was SO grateful I didn't have to do it on my own (I'm short, chubby, and kind of strong but the size of the box would have been a bear to get into the small space on my own lol!),COVID has made it impossible for businesses large and small to find and hire good staff. Most businesses (particularly the large ones) are suffering because they just don't have anyone with the customer service skills needed. For the STORE MANAGER to jump in and BE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE example on this day, was epic! Thank you sir, for reminding me how I want to run the customer service in my own small business ... go the extra mile, no matter what.

Staff is okay. They don't really seem to know what their talking about. And the friendliness of the interactions are hit or miss. I went in to buy a computer and for an associate in that department. His answers were short and he basically just read the tag to me. They have a great selection of office supplies but I would rather give my business to a small local shop especially when the customer service isn't great.

As the Staples near the Target (off Jacks Valley Road) is long gone, this Office Depot is pretty much the only choice in Office supplies superstores. I've visited enough of their stores, that when in need of something (e.g., binders, boxes, folders, etc.), it's pretty easy to know where to go.I've to this Office Depot a few times (see above shopping list), the last being to make some copies and ship out a package. Regarding the later and considering my Genoa address, I've learned to give the local Post Office a lot more attention, being that it's a bit of a longer drive.
