Robert Bean American Family Insurance has been my Home/Auto company I have used for years. I am so lucky to have them. I needed to file a claim on my home to replace my AC Unit after having an accident that destroyed the unit. I meet with Mr. Bean and filed the claim and he made it so easy to do. I quickly received a call from the claims agent and was quickly able to get my AC Unit replaced. Two things about American Family Insurance they don't make you feel stupid and they make the whole claims process easy.

Bobby Bean and his staff are great to work with. Professional, polite and will handle any issue quickly. When I met with him m it was calm and relaxed. There was no high pressure sales tactics. I recommend him to everyone.

Mr. Robert Bean has been my insurance provider for many years. He is honest, forthright, and a very good person. If you have insurance needs he will go above and beyond, to infinity and beyond! Originally we had auto insurance, but since then we have added our home owner’s insurance, full coverage on our trailer, and life insurance!! You can go to somewhere else and get sub par service, or you can have Robert Bean and get the best!!!!

Found this company to be unprofessional and no follow through. Continued to charge us for a vehicle we didn't own anymore after personally visiting the office with proof of selling vehicle. Charged us monthly for renters insurance for a rental we didn't occupy any longer after cancelling and personally visiting the office again to change address. never cancelled renters insurance and didn't change address. After a year of fighting finally received check for renters insurance but not with this office. Had to go directly to the corporate office. First check went to old rental house of 3 years ago. Again, didn't change address. Finally changed address and received second check. This company was a constant headache to deal with and a constant struggle to get anything done and done correctly. Go somewhere else.

I would never recommend Bobby Bean as an agent or American family insurance to anyone! They are so unprofessional and don't call you back! If you have an issue, you have to keep calling them to get answers or information! I had auto pay every month and it was interrupted once to pay with a different bank account and they were specifically told to resume auto pay from original account and they dropped the ball and didn't resume payments, which resulted in my lapse in insurance, which resulted in huge fines at the DMV, and they would not take responsibility for their(corporate) mistake! Even with noted in the paper work saying it was their mistake! They can not do simple business transactions! Just very incompetent!

Bobby handles all of my insurance, home, investment property, commercial policy and life insurance. He is always available when I have questions. He is knowledgeable and is able to explain insurance guidelines, regulations, etc. and always has recommendations on ways I can save on my premiums. When I switched to him I saved close to $1,000 on my combined polices.
