The redheaded bowling ball of a lady who looks like she had two servings of the three course dinner chewing gum I can only assume is the manager needs an attitude adjustment. Absolutely no way she should have any sort of authority. The way she treated the cashier asking for assistance is unacceptable l.
As for the cashier, Luis keep up the good job.

Most of the apples had been on the shelf too long. We are from out of town and took 30 min for someone to explain how the app works to get sale prices. You have to know the zip code you are in. Prices were very high. Very glad to find Grocery Outlet that does not require all that hassle, had better offerings and prices on lunch meats and apples.

When I go to the deli here lately especially in the evening and the food is not fresh I'm told that they can't fix anything after 6:00 p.m.. those guys really work hard in the deli section at that store and there a couple other ones that work that swings shift at work very hard as well

Average. Number of items in store due to the current world issues. Stacie on the floor is the best when help is needed. Items seem to be stocked and maintained better.

I have a difficult time walking. I need the scooter carts and 4 out of the last 6 times I have been in there none of they worked for about 3 minutes and then die. The people in there are understanding and very nice. The management just needs to spend some money and get some good handicapped scooters in there. I can't push a cart around I wish I could. This is kind of new to me.I only started having to use a cane about two years ago Before that I was a cabinet maker All I ask.
Is a little help I don't like to have to walk around with a cart like it's a Walker bit weighs so much my legs can't deal. Fix your carts. Please!

Great place to shop. Best place for fresh fruits and veggies. Best place for florist. Customer service is ok, seems like everyone doesn't want to be here. Probably the reasons why I use the self checkout more so I don't have to talk to any of the associates. Over all it's a good store and close to home.

Stop by Friday around 6:00 pm to buy chicken walked by 20 posters that said 5.00 chicken, Went to buy at counter and told me chicken is all sold out. Then walked back for 2 for 5.00 hamburger and thats all sold out so I went to Wal-Mart and got all my groceries there.

This store and Safeways Corporate offices have the worst customer service I’ve ever come across. Since they deliver with DoorDash now they’ve delivered my groceries in 1 weekend to the wrong house 3 times after I called the woman that answered lied to me about being the manager and wouldn’t give me her last name. I closed my account after that and sent a letter to corporate that was never addressed back to me, no call, no response. I even called them with my name & phone number and they didn’t return my call. So like an idiot I tried after several months to see if they’d gotten any better. I’ve had to talk to the drivers many times to get to my address, which was better than just not getting them at all. Then like before they were delivered to wrong address. I requested a refund well it’s been 3 weeks and 6 calls and 2 separate ticket numbers and I’m still waiting for my money. They don’t care and I’m sure they’ll not care when I close my account and never shop with them again either, not this Safeway not any Safeway or Smiths or Krogers. Walmart can take my money and I’ll just price match there instead.
Update: I still have not received my refund for my order it’ll be a month soon and they’ve expedited 3 tickets now for me. Each customer service representative blames the last one. Today the person blamed the store manager when I know she put the refund in while I was talking to her and was told it was in my records but not sure why it didn’t go through. This is unacceptable service for a huge chain grocery store. I was offered a 25 dollar credit for my troubles which I declined I want my money back and I’m never setting a foot back into this place again never.

They always seem to have the most crotchety older women at the self check out line. Asked for some help fixing the wrong price and the older woman with short dark hair seemed so impatient and rushed me saying, "ok, hit finish and pay and get out of here". There's 2 I try to avoid at all costs.
