I came in to ship a usps I priority envelope that was already filled out with sender and address already filled out. The lady Arlene that helped me put another address as return address that was in your system rather than using what was on the prefilled envelope even after confirming the return address prior to printing label. She had to redo it which wasted several minutes of my time due to I only have 30 minutes for lunch. It be helpful for them to follow what's on the label.

The office has always gone above and beyond helping customers and explaining how things work. Today I witnessed a customer being absolutely rude to the employee for no reason at all. The employee was trying to explain how UPS works for Access Points. The customer proceeded to be so rude that she made the other customers feel not welcome. The foul language against the employee was uncalled for. The employee was nice and handled that rude customer very professionally. The office, never stop being you! You guys rock!

My husband and I used the office’s notary services a few weeks ago, for a cost of $85. Everything was done incorrectly and we had to go to another notary at further expense.

The hidden gem of fernley. Amazing prices and fantastic friendly staff that go above and beyond for customers. They have saved my butt multiple times with emergency b&w prints. I'm beyond thankful for them! If you have not used their service, I recommend them hands down.
Don't ever change and keep up the fantastic work!

Not sure what the issue is, but the staff are unfriendly and smug. Had a simple package to drop off, turns out I needed a different shipping label. The blonde who “helped” me seemed like she had better things to do and providing quality customer service (or just being something other than rude) was just too much of a bother. Personality of a wet sponge.
Not a problem, this is a small town but I’ll still take my business elsewhere.

I would like to say that The Office did nothing wrong in their part of the mishandling of my package. My issue is with Ray the owner when my wife called to try and get some info. I wont go into the details of my package but what happened was a mess. Ray would not let my wife even give any details as he kept interrupting her with his lies. He hung up on her. I called back and a lady picked up the phone and was very helpful and did what she could and told the truth, unlike Ray who not only lied to my wife but lied to UPS about my package still being there when it was not. Next time UPS called he said he did not have the package. I would give the lady I talked too 5 stars and give Ray ZERO stars. When i was on the phone with the nice lady all I could hear in the background was him talking at the top of his lungs to another customer. I will drive the extra 25 miles from my home to Carson City next time. Due to the rudeness of Ray the owner I will never use them again. To the lady who actually was calm and nice, you are the best!
So it's been a few years and for the most part my drop offs have been fine. The past 2 months though I have dropped off two items and although everything gets to where it is going and nobody was rude I can say this. Two different young ladies and both acted like they just hated being there. No greeting, no drop offs, no can i help you and not how i would want someone working for me to greet the public. Also, no thank you at the end. Im not a complainer but this is just the way it was for me. Maybe it's better for you.
