Andres was very helpful. He helped me deposit money into my co op account, which was a pure nightmare before Credit One1. The service is friendly here and they made the process super smooth. I highly recommend this bank!

Anytime I need assistance with banking needs and or requests. I am able to speak with a person. The customer support is extremely helpful, except in one case where the person I spoke with gave me the run around. Told me she would call me back however did not. And when I called her , after telling my name she Hung up! I had my husband call on his cell and she then responded. I did not understand what her issue was in giving me the information I needed. I am SO glad this recent experience was up to the standards of good / Great customer service I had been accustomed to in the past where the person I worked with (Shanee S. ) was a pleasant experience. She was very professional and responsive. I have been with Credit Union 1 for over 15 years. And this most recent experience shows why I have been with them so long.

First they stopped allowing Shared Branch no access outside or inside except for withdrawal from ATM and now they Charge $3.00 to withdraw money .. and I also have an account with them so now I have to pay to get money to put money in my Credit Union account

I am a fairly new member of Credit Union 1 after the credit union that I've belonged to for more than 30 years recently transitioned to them. This is the first time that I applied for a loan through CU1 and it was the easiest most efficient experience ever. Stress free and the money was in my account before the end of the same business day that I applied. Maria Sanchez was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions. This is the first time I've really felt that belonging to a credit union has had a real benefit to me as a member. Thank you Maria and CU1!

We used to love Credit Union 1. We have several types of accounts with them as well as savings and checking accounts for 5 of our children. We received such fabulous, personal service, then they closed our local branch. As an avid online banker I wasn't as concerned as I didn't regularly have to go into the branch. Then I had multiple problems which required a trip to the branch and/or a call to customer service, all of them being awful experiences. I knew it was awesome having a branch full of very helpful people close by, but I didn't realize just how much I valued that. The Lake Mead branch was exceptional, way beyond the average banking experience. The manager there went above and beyond to help us manage our accounts, and that service hasn't been replaced. Because of recent changes, we'll be starting our younger 2 children's accounts at a different credit union and will be working on changing all of our other accounts over to that CU as well. It's kind of a daunting project since we have so many accounts tied there, but I just can't support this horrible company anymore.

Melanie is such a doll. When I had visited the branch, she had assisted a blind man. And I witnessed the struggles that they were having that were out of her control and she still managed to make the effort to assist this man. She is a compassionate human, and she really cares for the members. I think it's important to trust your banker and I know that if I need answers, she will go that extra mile to help. I am thankful to bank where they make it feel like family but also keep it professional. This is a great financial institute. I really appreciate all the bankers for their patience and service. Each of you have provided me with exceptional service and I am very thankful for all of you.

Credit Union One was a very good institution for the past ten years but the past 2 or three haven't been as good. Lost our branch in Henderson Old Town which really disappointed but it appears that there is a horrendous change occurring beginning with their change in computer systems and frankly their phone service is totally corrupt. No answers. Hangups. People not understanding what is occurring in their company. Forced acceptance of new practices. I have read many of these reviews and I must say I'm happy for those that are happy. But I am not happy along with many long term members. I don't like being ignored or slighted and that is apparently the posture of bank management at our level. Working now to remove a new credit card problem is a system that appears to be a fail before its off the ground with a manager who contacted me after a complaint over staffs inability to handle service calls. We can look for others, as I am doing, but all seems to have failures at service levels. The banking industry appears to be saying if we go to the digital banking, which they are trying to force us into, they really don't give a care about us or our concerns. I am waiting for a return call yet I don't believe it will get any better. I don't recommend them at this point.

I give Credit Union 1 a 5 star. Lesley Camarena, Virtual Specialist and Shanee Sanders, were a pleasure to work with. Not only did I get approved for the loan and got an answer right away. They made the process easy and quick. I would recommend anyone looking for a loan to start with Credit Union 1. A huge thanks to both ladies..

If you never dealt with this bank you need too! Leslie has always been so helpful with my dad and I answers emails right away. She always has the answers to everything!! We have been financing our cars with credit union one for years and no other bank has been able to beat their interest rates. Rhea our loan officer at the corporate office has been amazing also!
