I won’t be servicing my car at a dealership if BEN was not working here. BEN really is special and Lamborghini needs to give this guy a raise. Honest, detailed, and patient is what I can say about Ben. Went through explanation what the charges were, updating me as the car is being serviced, send me video updates, words can’t describe how thankful I am he is there. Most dealership service centers I can’t trust but Ben is my go to. Thank you and hope this dealership sees how many happy customers are being made through Ben.

I can’t thank Ben enough for his expertise and reassurance. This being my first Lamborghini and not knowing a lot of things about it, he was able to navigate me through the process and was super informative and patient with me when I had questions for my visit. Upon delivery of my car to his dealer, I got photos of safe arrival. He sent me photos and video during diagnosis and always kept me in the loop when they were working on the car. He was always transparent and I never felt like he was taking advantage of me (when getting quotes) just because I had an expensive car. In terms of working on the car, they were super fast and I always felt a priority. Even on busy days. And when it was all said and done, he sent me photos with the car being loaded for transportation. Ben and his team are second to none. I highly recommend them, even if you need to ship your car to them. They’re going to take care of you. Thanks Ben!

Took my 2022 Lamborghini Urus in for service and had the best experience ever, the service staff were super welcoming and super helpful, they get you in quickly and offered you a loaner vehicle or ride to/from dealership. They kept me up to date on all progress and also sent me a full video of the vehicle being inspected by the mechanics! A special thanks to the very professional and helpful Service Advisor Ben Stauffer who took the extra time to help me connect my Lamborghini app to my car, awesome guy!

Took out 23 Lamb EVO for service and had the pleasure of dealing with Ben S.! I cant say enough good things about Ben,he was so knowledgeable and he kept me fully updated on the status of my car every step of the way. For starters, I never did any business with Lamborghini of Las Vegas, but five years ago today I was visiting family and I just so happened to see online that they had a Saleen S7. A car that I’ve been obsessing over since I was a kid and still am. I never got the opportunity to see one in person. So I begged my dad to go with me to go check it out. we walked into this dealership with the salesmen probably knowing full and well that we have no intentions of buying anything as soon as we walked in the door. As soon as I told them that I wanted to check out the car. they were more than happy to take us over there and show it to us. He gave me so much info about the car that I never even knew, things you couldn’t find online. They let me take photos of the car they let me sit in it, they were even going to take me for a ride. They put the key in the car and unfortunately it wouldn’t start up. but I got to hang out around it longer and take videos and photos. I have never been given so much positivity and hospitality from a dealership, even from dealerships that I’ve purchased from. The gentlemen that gave me that experience with my dream car probably do not remember it. but you guys gave me a memory I’ll never forget. If the stars align one day, and you have another S7 and I have the means of purchasing one. I will undoubtedly take my business do you guys

I purchased a Lamborghini Urus sight unseen from Lamborghini Las Vegas while in South Carolina. George Alexander was my salesman. From day one I experienced the highest level of professionalism anyone could ask for throughout the entire buying process. George explored many financing options and locked in the best one, he had one of the wheels refinished and little paint chips professionally repaired without even having to ask, and even paid for a second key out of his own pocket after discovering it only came with one. He coordinated shipping and found a driver even though pickups are hard to come by these days. The sales price was great and offered a great trade value also. Communication was excellent and response time was always immediate. I've bought many cars from many different dealerships over the years, but Lamborghini Las Vegas is now #1 in my book. Highly recommend George and his team to help anyone with their next exotic car purchase!

Of all the car dealers I've used in my life (maybe 50 cars in my life ) this dealership is by far the best one . They take the stress out of your automotive needs. Someone smashed the window of my new Lamborghini while in Los Angeles the other day. I was traumatized and the service manger, Ben Stauffer, was amazing. He had my car towedto Las Vegas /Henderson, and is taking care of everything for me . They Even filmed a video of the Repairs and oil change. Ford motors would never do that . It is a pleasure dealing with Lamborghini of Las Vegas / Audi Henderson, and it only is an incentive to buy my next car here as well. I give this shop the highest rating Google allows !!! Thank you so much
