Probably the worst oriellys you can go to. While majority of the staff is friendly and know what they are doing, the store manager "Chico" does not. He was very rude and extremely unprofessional.

Won't be back to this store. Purchased a battery here that ended up being non-functioning. We ended up towing our car to a repair shop to find that out (thinking we'd fixed the thing that we could). Took non-functioning battery back to them after paying the shop to get a new one, and they don't accept returns, even though they tested that it was bad themselves. They will only replace it, which we already had to pay someone else to do so our car would work again.

My cars battery went dead at Smiths gas station across the street and Damien came over and changed it out. This guy needs a raise!! Great customer service
