The staff and location feels right. the gym staff member Norman is just a great guy and Karina is such an awesome manager she knows her stuff...8/18/25
Oh no, 8/20/25 one more thing, the night crew needs to step their game up on the cleaning of the locker room and keeping the water hot at nights. Just came in from a long drive to a cold shower...again. I don't like to complain but when you're paying for something, you kind of want what you pay for and I've been keeping quiet about it but everytime?! Or just when I show up...idk but other than that, great place to workout!

Norman is so amazing. I have a gym closer to where I live but I come over here because he is so kind, smart and takes care of everyone!!

The staff is wonderful. Club is not overly crowded. Great selection of equipment.

I have been going to Planet Fitness with a friend of mine and I must say that the customer service is top tier!! Norman is very welcoming, you're always welcomed with a smile and hello. Way better than EOS!

Nice clean gym, Norman is always greeting customers when they walk in, which is nice. He makes you feel welcomed. Not too crowded in the morning (which is the best time to go). One of my favorite gyms in the area.
