I’ve been coming to this shop for two years. I sent my wife today to get us juice. The white guy with glasses was so rude to her and had no idea about juices and flavors. She came home upset. I’ve also had had issues with him. So after that experience I will no longer give you our business. That guy needs to check his attitude. Also if you guys say you open @ 8am please open @ 8. Not 8:30 or 9:00 am UPDATE!! 9-13-24. Came in talk to another gentleman and was very nice. Assured me to talk to the other guy. Thank you for taking the time this morning. I will definitely continue to shop. Thank you

I've been going to smokin hot vapors now for about 5 years. I've Always had a pleasent experience when shopping here. Especially with the new managment under kylie she is Awesome and has really brightend up the shop bringing in new products and ideas

Let me start off by saying this is a vape shop I feel gets over looked kinda hidden on maps when u google vape shops but don’t waste ur time with other shops just to them. The manager lady helped me an my vape hit 100% better Think her name was Kylie. would recommend over and over! chill ppl, good prices. Shall I go on? Just go see them.

My experience here is always great, but I wanted to mention this last time I came in, I was helped by Dominique and she remembered me and even what product I get and was just especially warm and sweet!! I left the store in the best mood, she's an excellent employee!!!

Enjoyed this shop. They have a very wide selection of disposable vapes. Large variety of vape juice to choose from. Selection of RDAs, tanks, replacement coils, etc. Good prices for an in-person vape shop and helpful staff that is not overly intrusive. Would recommend.

I’ve been a customer since at least 2018. Something I can’t wrap my head around… “double stamp day”, what does that sound like? To me, you’ll get 2 stamps instead of 1 per vape. I went in on Dec 17th with 2 stamps left on my card before a free vape. The paper with the specials clearly said double stamps. I get told that I still have to buy 2 vapes to fill the rest of my stamp card then I’ll get a free one. No. I should’ve purchased 1, got the 2 stamps, then got the free one.They also offered to only give me one vape for free when I originally got charged for 2, twice. Manager didn’t want to hear what happened, just offered to give me one. Instead of arguing, I just accepted it. Shows they don’t care to get to the bottom of things, they just want to rush your problem out the door.I’m a little too turned off now and will be buying somewhere else.

Went to this store after trying to get set up and started at another vape shop in henderson with no avail. When I walked in I was greeted right away by the friendly staff. I walked in for the first time with no vaping experience whatsoever but, that was about to change due to a very helpful staff. I went in with the intention to buy what I felt would be a great little starter kit. Now I have exactly what I want and could not be any happier. The guy who helped me answered every question I had and made it a point to explain what each device would do and how it worked. He helped me make a decision on my first vape piece and I love it. He took the time out to explain everything to me and because of that I will be a customer for life. Thanks guys for excellent customer service!

This is the only vape store I love going to. I never feel rushed to pick anything out and the customer service is always amazing. I would recommend anyone to go here

I would give this place less than 1 star if I could. I've bought multiple mods since 2018 and never had a issue with my coils burning until the 2nd week of use (like usual) for the past 2 years I've bought multiple mods and have tried different juices to see if it's just a specific brand that makes my coil burn on the first hit (even after priming) but it never matters what I do.While trying different juices, you would not believe the amount of expired juice that I purchased at this place.. and not only are the juices expired.. but alot of the disposables are as well. Alot are mostly dead, and the juice is brown instead of a amber color (especially the flum floats)It's sickening to see such a lack of care for the patrons, and their well being. Seriously this place is a health hazard and NEEDS to be inspected.
