Zero customer service
I come in from the McDonald's and grab a Red Bull. I walk up to the counter.
The guy walks in as slow as humanly possible from outside. Doesn't say a word to me still on his phone with an earbud . Name tag turned backwards so I can't even see his name. What's wrong with people today?

I usually like going here but on Sunday may 18th I went in and said goodmorning the overnight guy said nothing like usual. The old man that works overnight is awesome the young kid isn't. My purchase is usually the same but not always the same price why? The young guy is rude his pants hang below his knees and I would say audit the store bet your missing money. I won't stop when the young overnight worker is on duty he is a problem!

This Terrible Herbst is big and clean. Original type kiddy gifts plus a really cool, self serve Mocha Frappuccino machine. $2.99 for a good sized delicious cold coffee. (Attached is a McDonald's, currently available by drive-thru only.)

Young woman who is currently behind the counter is too busy on her cell phone to ring me up properly. When I use a debit card I know for a fact that she has to push the debit or credit button on her screen for it to go to the next part on my end. when I told her my screen still showed Insert card she got an attitude and lied to me saying no it doesn't it says confirm total I said no it doesn't. Is this what Terrible's considered customer service now?

Stay away ! Purchassed something inside store. When I was checking my account, I was charged twice for same purchase. Manager refused to fix overcharges . There's an honest station just a few blocks south on Boulder
