Jumped right in to help me out with a weird, but urgent repair. It turned into a major issue, but the guys remained calm and friendly, and did whatever it took to get the repair done. I only gave 4 stars because of the guys in the garage talking to each other about how I caused the problem myself, which wasn't the case. Talking smack about your customers is a no-no.

Stopped by this gas station/mechanic shop when our car started having heating issues. Within moments, four incredibly kind and efficient staff members dropped everything to assist us. They didn't waste a second and had us back on the road in just 10 MINUTES. Can't express enough gratitude for their exceptional service and genuine kindness. Highly recommend this place for anyone in need of automotive help!

Amazingly guys, came late in a day with a blown tire. They replaced it, balanced it and sent me on the way in less than 30 months. Really great team, work so well together. It was pleasure watching then. Even cram up of the tire dust from parking lot was so impressive

Doug and his team are amazing!! This is a long over due review as I have been going here for over 25 year and now I go here exclusively. I go out of my way now to make sure I spend my money here out of anywhere in Lake Tahoe/Truckee area. Thank you all for always looking out for not only myself but my family and friends. Unanticipated German SUV opportunities presented themselves while up in Incline.First visit, smoke out of engine. Upon pull in, James noticed a tire bulge in my relatively newish tire. His keen attention enabled a quick change out inflating and putting on the donut. Saved us from a big potential blowout on the upcoming drive home. Thank you!Second visit was to undo the donut and replace with new tire ordered and had brought up to Incline from Americas Tires. Dave and Josh swung into motion and squared that away to undo the donut and mount the new tire. Thank you!Third visit, after an oil change elsewhere, still troubleshooting by elimination, smoke out of engine, brought in a new air filter from Napa Auto that Matt and James were able to replace removing the old dirty filter.Truly appreciate their responsiveness, willingness to say yes to troubleshoot without recommending expensive diagnostics not needed, identify risks early before they became an issue (big bubble in the tire), making maintenance financially viable, while mobilizing timely. Less time spent in shop = more time spent at the beach!Also, noteworthy that they were recommended to me by the Napa Auto store in town and a gentleman/couple driving an Audi/Infiniti in the Raleys complex who said "they always take their car here".First hand experienced how they made my life easier by addressing the bubbled tire to donut to new tire replacement and the engine air filter replacement seamlessly. They were instrumental in getting me and my family home safe.Big Thank YOU to James, Matt, Dave, Josh! Truly appreciate you guys and grateful for your help this past week.

Doug from Incline Village Chevron helped me out in Reno the other day when my wife's truck died in the parking lot at Reno Eye Consultants. I was in a bit of a frenzy because my wife was ready to be picked up after her cataract surgery. Doug is super nice fellow, friendly, and knowledgeable, He pulled out a pocket book sized battery pack and jump started our truck. Thank you Doug! Norman Allen

While staying in Incline Village needed to fill up and was looking for a Chevron station. Yelped gas station and here we are. Chevron was less than a mile from our location and prices are lower than our local gas station back home. Filled and it only took about $80.00 and we were on our way.Convenience store was closed as we got there. Maybe store hours need to be updated as they were off by a couple of hours.
